Tyckte om We stayed here just to break up our journey. It’s a basic field with decent gravel / grass pitches and that’s exactly what it is. Facilities are old fashioned but clean - shower, toilet and washing up area all do the job. There’s nothing more on site so don’t expect a shop, pub or play area.

Från föreståndaren: Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased to hear that you may visit again. We are a basic site and our pricing structure reflects this. As we do not advertise pub, shop or a play area this should not be unexpected. Many of our younger guests enjoy the large central grass are for ball games etc and we are within walking distance of our village pub. We are a short drive or a 30 minute walk from a well regarded farm shop there is also a shop in the next village about a 10minute walk away. We are always happy to offer directions.

Tyckte om Small campsite that has everything you need. Clean and tidy. Big pitches and awesome facilities available for watersport, Bar and food.

Tyckte inte om Only suggestion is to improve the position and signage for the waste water and chemical disposal as it’s quite hard to find and use.

Tyckte om We had a really lovely stay. The site is clean and the staff were so friendly. The showers, toilets and washing up facilities were great, they really do cater for everything you need. The pub and dog walking area at the top of the hill are a brilliant bonus too. Perfect for evenings and morning walks with the dog.

Tyckte inte om My only suggestion, and I don’t want to be a killjoy, is that they might consider banning ball games on site. It’s a small site and with tents and caravans so close together there’s a real risk of them getting hit.

Tyckte om Spacious, clean site with great facilities We really enjoyed our stay. The pitches are spacious and well-kept and the whole site felt clean and tidy. A real bonus was the layout with loads of water points dotted around, made filling up so easy and meant we weren’t dragging hoses across the field.

Tyckte inte om The only downsides: whilst the main toilet block was warm and clean, it definitely needs modernising. There are no shops or pubs within walking distance apart from a social club which is friendly but basic.

Tyckte om Lovely site, perfect stay for a relaxing, quiet setting. Views and animals were a lovely sight to wake up too. Local shop and pub were a added bonus. All facilities perfect and excellent.

Tyckte om Nice friendly campsite. Pitches are a decent size. Great food and entertainment in the clubhouse. Campsite always quiet by 2300.

Tyckte inte om Not a dislike but more advice - take some ramps as some pitches are on a very slight decline. I didn’t have any but the staff were on hand to help with blocks of wood etc.
