Tyckte om Great place to take a stop over. Good clean facilities with friendly owner. Plenty of space and electric hook up if needed. The views were stunning. Quiet site with no disturbances, suitable for families and couples wanting to get back to basics. Portaloos and shower facilities clean and accessible. Enjoyed our overnight stay would definitely go back.

Tyckte om Very freindly staff, welcoming, clean toilets & showers, big pitches, very family freindly with lots to do with a short drive

Tyckte inte om Showers were cold, this was a boiler fault that couldn’t have been avoided and was fixed! Staff were very apologetic and got it fixed asap

We are a back to basic campsite with good clean facilities unfortunately the water heater broken down but still work. Most campers can cope with this and understand the situation . Your family struggle to cope with everything so this campsite didn't suit your needs . When I use to milk cows we had artic lorry's delivered corn about 24 tons then there was milk lorry which hold 24 000 thousand litres they cope with a single lane . This is Cornwall we are no snowflakes
We are in a SSSI area that's why The camping field blends into this beautiful area
Hopefully you find a camsite that suits your needs

Tyckte inte om Shower was hot and cold- but I think probably because someone was washing up at the same time. Didn’t put us off though.

Tyckte om We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful experience for our very first time camping. As beginner campers, this place completely exceeded our expectations. Everything is so well-maintained — the toilets and showers were absolutely spotless every single time we used them.

What truly made the experience unforgettable were the people running the site. They are some of the kindest, most helpful individuals you’ll ever meet. If you treat them with respect (as everyone should), they return it a hundredfold with genuine warmth and generosity.

The campsite itself is simple, peaceful, and deeply connected with nature. Stargazing at night was breathtaking — we even saw shooting stars! If you’re someone who enjoys meaningful moments under the night sky, this place will steal your heart.

There’s a real sense of community here too. If you’re open and friendly, you’ll find it easy to make connections with other campers. Everyone we met was welcoming and kind.

One of our favorite features was the fire pits. You can request one along with wood, and it turns each evening into something cozy and special.

We stayed for an entire month and honestly, we have zero complaints. Not a single thing to moan about. We’re deeply grateful for the experience and can say without a doubt — we’ll be coming back next year.
