Park Hill Farm

Tyckte om Gorgeous, simple little beef and pork farm site. All amenities are clean and well tended. Quiet at night, apart from the distant sounds of owls in the forest ☺️. We walked through the forest to the pub which was very nice. Got a chinese takeaway and also brought some steaks home which were lovely. The owners are incredibly friendly, hardworking and helpful. Loved our stay here and would happily recommend.

Tyckte inte om Maybe, if I had to be picky the grass was a bit long - but - it was the last weekend of the season and there's been an awful lot of rain, so Im guessing its grown rapidly. That's what makes everything look so lush and green anyway. 😊

Tyckte om The hosts were incredibly friendly and came around to check if we wanted anything from the farm shop (great burgers and bacon).

The site was very clean with great facilities: toilet block, warm water, and a field with a football net which my son loved.

Quiet site with great views, and just a 15 minute walk through the forest to the pub.

Would highly recommend!

Tyckte om Was truly pleasant to arrive and was greeted with a lovely view, the owners are a lovely couple, that are very easy to talk to and laid back. The view was incredibly beautiful and facilities were good and clean, if I ever was to come back to Shropshire I would spend it here. Shops are somewhat close and the town nearby is very pretty.

Tyckte om A lovely back to basics campsite with environmentally friendly facilities. I pitched my tent with plenty of room and a great view towards Wales. At night there was no sound but the hooting of the owls in the wood. I was greeted by a couple of excited piglets, the friendly farmer and of course the cattle in the next door field. I’d love to return one day and stay longer.

Tyckte om I had a friendly, warm welcome when I arrived. As it was quiet, I was told I could park my T4 campervan anywhere in the field. In the camping field there was a urinal, a male & female composting toilet & a sink to wash used cooking implements. The field nearest the farmhouse, had a shower block. All was very clean. A water supply also in the camping field. I was informed that there was a pub, Co-Op & restaurants, a 15 minute walk from the site, through a small piece of woodland. The email & text I received was very concise & informative. I only stayed for 1 night, and if I returned to the area, would definitely like to return. Excellent site & great value for money.

Tyckte om Great facilities. Fridge freezer, clean hot showers, washing up station with hot water, recycling. Fantastic views. Helpful, thoughtful owners. Great value for money.

Tyckte om Good space to pitch up, no restrictions on the size of your tent which was nice compared to some sites.
The owner of the farm was very friendly and welcoming.
Very eco friendly in regards to the composting toilets which were convenient.
There’s also a shower block which was very clean (2 shower cubicles and 2 flushing toilets in the male and female sides) these were a short walk from where the tent was pitched up .
Also located near the shower blocks were 2 x fridge/freezers to you use as you wish which is brilliant as there’s no electric hook up .
Showergel and soap provided as the farm is eco friendly so normal showergel is prohibited as it contaminates the system .
The farm animals were cute to see and the site has good views on a clear day. We stayed on a very rainy weekend and the site wasn’t flooded and remained suitable to still pitch up .
Nice and peaceful site , would return in the future ☺️
