Park Hill Farm

Mi è piaciuto Lovely location. Rural but in the best kind of way. Beautiful animals and very lovely hosts. One of three campers on a Saturday night. Clean facilities which were well stocked. Thank you for your warm welcome Pat!

Mi è piaciuto Lovely site, friendly hosts, we hired a fire pit which was lovely, just for an additional £10. We pitched by the water trough so we got a lovely mid afternoon visit from the cows. They have a wash station and clean toilets too.

Non mi è piaciuto Another camper had their headlights on their car all night which shone into our tent. So we didn’t get much sleep - not the hosts problem though! There was loud music coming from somewhere in the night too which was bizarre because it really feels cut off from everything

We are sorry to hear of your problems. The loud base music was from a concert, probably WestonPark or Shrewsbury, both over 20 miles away. It was such a still night, so the sound carried. We only heard it outside.

The car with the headlights was a nuisance. Had we known, we would have asked her to turn them off or leave. This was our first experience of a car camper, so we will be more on the ball for the next one. Thank you.

If you manage another get away and come back to us, be sure to let us know if we can help with issues on the camp site. We are truly sorry this camper spoilt your stay.

Mi è piaciuto Stayed for a night with our tent and very happy we did. The campsite was so peaceful and Pat and John very nice and accommodating. We even got greeted by the cows in the morning in the next field. Beautiful view and location, quiet and with a forest next door which has some great tracks which the dogs loved. Eco toilets were very clean and accessible as was water and a sink for washing the pots etc. We booked late and arrived late and Pat and John were extremely welcoming and all was efficient and organised.

Mi è piaciuto Had a lovely stay at a lovely sight with beautiful views and a very friendly owner, would stay again and would recommend, we was offered use of a fridge, aswell as being able to use campfires was another bonus

Mi è piaciuto Superbly peaceful out of the way little no frills site, just my sort of place. The owner Pat seemed very nice and friendly. I did enjoy seeing the piglets and the camp cat, and I enjoyed just sitting in peace watching a very nice sunset. The price (£12) was also excellent in my opinion.

Non mi è piaciuto Nothing to dislike.

Mi è piaciuto >Very quiet and away from main roads
>Friendly welcome on arrival, with a little tour of amenities, tidy area and easy access to facilities available (fresh water, and a toilet)
>Choice of area to pitch tent (lucky me I was there alone)
>Trees along the one side provided a wind break and partial rain shelter
>Stunning view at the bottom of the field in the evening

I know only stayed for 1 night but thank you. I enjoyed my stay

Mi è piaciuto This place is a little peace of heaven.
If your a family a couple or travelling alone that's looking for somewhere that is quiet and peaceful ...... then look no further. You are waking up to birds singing in the tree's, crows crowing in the background, your view across the rear end of the field is phenomenal, you get greeted once arrived by the most friendliest people you will ever meet. The toilets and urinals are very clean, in fact they are spotless, there is a fire pit that you can all gather around at at night to chat about your day's aventure or walks that you have done.
The list can go on but believe me, this is a little place of heaven and I am most definitely booking again for next year.

Mi è piaciuto A great location looking over the meadows and onto the hills, very quite no traffic noise bliss. Pat is super friendly and happy to give ideas of places to visit or local walks and its great seeing the pigs.

Mi è piaciuto This is an absolute gem! Nice field to camp in, easy walk through forest to nearby village. There are very clean portaloos available, a fridge freezer as well as phone charging points.
This is a working farm and cows and pigs are close by. You pass the pig pen as you come in and we were incredibly lucky that one had just given birth to three of the most adorable little piglets.

Very friendly welcome from Pat the owner, nothing was to much for her and also available via text if we needed anything
There is also a small farm shop on site with hands down the BEST sausages we've ever had. We would 100% stay here again!
