Tyckte om Strange pitch near the toilets but did fine for us. Owners very pleasant and couldn’t be more accommodating. Bought hook up lead right to the van to plug in. Bathrooms clean and so warm, which was great. Close to pub, Asda and fast food joints. Not V to far to walk into Mansfield.

Tyckte om Nice owners and flat pitch. Lovely toilet facilities. Plenty of hot water and under floor heating. Super clean and well maintained.

Tyckte om La meilleure nuit de notre road trip d’1 semaine à travers l’Angleterre. Des gens adorables et accueillants. Nuit paisible, services d’excellentes qualité. Les sanitaires étaient d’une propreté remarquable et l’emplacement du camping est idéal. Ce camping mérite une 4ieme étoile. Encore merci ☺️

sorry about the speed bumps, sadly we have had a few commenting on the height of them, we know the 1st two as you come on site are the worst and usually advise people to come over them on the right hand site as you are coming on as they are lower on that side.

Clean warm shower and toilet block

Not a dislike but considering this is a large site wi fi would have been good. I had arrived by 4 pm in the winter darkness in my camper and access to wi fi would have meant I could watch film on my laptop.

Från föreståndaren: Thank you for your review, sadly we no longer have wifi on site.
We had it until they built the 5g mast (which is visible from site) just up the road, when they activated it we lost the connection for the site, when we inquired to have it re-connected they wanted to charge us £350 per month and this was a cost we were not prepared to pass on to our customers whom these days mostly have data plans on their own devices.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that our decision may have caused and hope this wont deter you from using our site in the future.

Tyckte inte om The toilets have codes too get in and there is only 2 but around 30 caravans and they lady from management in the mobile home on site was really rude because we booked in for another night while staying there but didnt add the electric on by mistake she came down very passive aggressive about it but I paid her the extra 5 pounds there and then

Från föreståndaren: Hi Leah, thank you for your review, The vans that you refer to on site are seasonal pitches and not all here at the same time, and when they are we have a total of 8 toilets 2 urinals and 5 showers for them to use.
i am sorry that you felt i was "passive aggressive" and rude towards you when pointing out you had not paid for the electricity for your extra night as you made the booking in the same way as your previous night i was surprised that you managed to miss it off the booking.
I was just as surprised that you did not also pay for your late check out, that your husband lied about speaking to my husband about, plus the fact that when you did finally leave you left 2 large bags of rubbish on your pitch, which clearly indicates you had no respect for the site but have the audacity to claim i was rude.
I do wish you happy camping and hope you treat any other sites you may visit with respect.
