Не понравилось Toilet and wash facilities a little dated

The touring field had its own reception (which were closed) Would have been good to have an email to say, go to main reception on arrival.

Понравилось Beautiful, quiet Touring and camping field.

Не понравилось Toilet and shower facilities are extremely tired, despite the valiant effort of the cleaner they just looked grubby.
Paid for Wifi and it hardly worked- waste of money.

Понравилось Location in a nice town, shady and generally quiet. Good price.

Не понравилось Shower and toilets need attention. As I was in a tent and didn't have an electrical hookup then couldn't charge anything. Need a plug access. The pitch was more molehill than grass. Very noisy kids at 7am, but that's not something that can be fixed. The 'gameshow' was awful. The pool closed at 4.30, it was 30 degrees and I kept missing the time, it's too early.

Понравилось Nice park, clean shower rooms, everything you need. Shop, swimming pools and a small clubhouse. Very friendly staff !

Понравилось - It was easy to find the place
- Plenty of space on the grass pitch
- At the time of our visit, it wasn't busy or crowded
- The Park has a pool with a timetable of public swims
- A well-stocked shop
- Any of the staff members we spoke with were friendly.
- We could leave our ice packs at reception freezer overnight.

Не понравилось - The hot water tap seemed extremely hot. On the first night, I couldn't have a proper shower as the water was so hot I couldn't stand under the tiny showerhead. This was brought to the reception's attention the next day, and the evening shower was better. However, the dishwashing area still had extremely hot water running. My Marigold gloves melted away and left plastic marks on our glass French press.
- I though is a general rule of camping that people will automatically respect your pitch and not walk across or on it. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case, and I had people crossing solo and with dogs too.
- Decor is outdated.
- Cleaning of ladies' toilet/shower one day concluded with 2 buckets of water being poured on the floor.

Не понравилось The shower cubicles could do with upgrading with basic shower trays for soap and shampoo stuff and a clip on the shower button to keep the flow of water when using

Понравилось Site was excellent. It was easy to get to, easy check in process, quiet and well spaced.

Не понравилось Showers were terrible - hence why the 8/10 review. They aren't tall enough, don't last long enough and have no power. I have short hair but if you had longer hair you'd never get the shampoo out. I would have thought easier to dump a bucket of water over you. Extremely disappointing. Maybe I was unlucky but would definitely suggest this is reviewed urgently.

Понравилось Extremely warm welcome at reception, Very clean, well organised well spaced pitches, especially loved the welcome pack with all the dog information i.e beaches pubs and vets in the area, nothing was to much trouble even when we asked to be moved to a more shady pitch
