Gostou: A well kept small and friendly camp site. Bathrooms and dishwashing areas were clean, plenty of hot water and pitches were a decent size with a bench set to share.
Very central location to access all the key tourist places within an hour ish drive.

Não gostou: We were opposite the cess pit which was a little smelly at times. Fortunately we were down wind of it.
We bought bottled water as the water wasn’t to our liking.
The bit of road noise from time to time.

We are sorry that we did experience some issues with our septic tank due to all of the rain that we had in such a short space of time. Also sadly we do experience a bit of road noise as we are right against it, which gives us fantastic easy access. Also the problem is that he site is so quiet that you do notice when a car passes, where as if we were a noisy site you wouldn't notice. We are pleased to see that you would visit again. Gostou: Very welcoming receptionist. Extremely well maintained site with immaculate grass pitches and hard standings. Well kept modern toilets and showers. Pitch side (free) Internet worked well.

Gostou: Extremely well maintained and clean. Brilliantly located for north Dartmoor. Bus route into Exeter and oakhampton right outside. Brilliant showers. The Bothy (little games room with phone charging safe, freezer, games, free pool table, book sharing was a wonderful facility. Really
Great value for money. Farm shop accessible via a path from the site. Lovely area and friendly staff. Liked being able to upgrade to a hook up on an ad hoc basis. Free Wi-Fi

Não gostou: Nothing we disliked as such. We just felt it was a bit too quiet for us as it doesn’t allow for children. We understand why as there isn’t enough space for children to run around. Also I think people use it mostly as a really good stop off en route to Cornwall. The Wi-Fi was a little weak at the far end of the site where we were (we try and do a little work whilst travelling and it made it tricky at times)
