Barley Meadow, an adult-only site, gets top marks for spotless cleanliness, welcoming owners, and great amenities like modern washrooms. Spacious, private pitches. Easy access to Dartmoor and local sights. Farm shop close by. Free Wi-Fi and games room are a nice touch. Mostly quiet, though some mention road noise. A peaceful escape, highly recommended.

Aires overnight (roadside) power optional cement/asphalt RV campsite
Liked Nice spacious pitches, good clean facilities, friendly helpful staff, good value. Easy access to A30. Lovely (hilly) walk to Drewsteignton and Fingle Bridge.
Farm shop, and donkeys nearby.
Disliked Road noise, dog barking at night.

From the manager: Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a kind review. We are sorry that you didn't speak to us about the dog barking or we would have spoken to the owners. With regards to the road noise you did book an Aires Roadside Pitch which is why it is the lowest priced pitch on site as it is closer to the roadside. However we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you would visit again. Best wishes from Leigh and David.

Power optional grass campsite
Liked Friendly helpful staff. Spotless facilities, quiet site as adult only. Close proximity to walks and attractions like Castle Drogo. Highly recommend little stroll to Drewe Arms, lovely oub and Sunday roast. Shop on site and pool table added bonus. We had amazing camping experience.
Disliked Slight noise at times from main road but that was expected as easy access to camp site but didn't affect our stay.
