Gostou Lovely relaxed site. Friendly and welcoming site owner, good pitches (some you will need a long electric cable!), good shower block and appreciated the nice little touches of toiletries and rubber duck!

Não gostou Other half did not like the shower having to keep pressing the button for water. But I prefer this to the scrappy electric ones in many sites, and the water is hot and good pressure.

Gostou Excellent, met all our needs.
Quiet and peaceful, given you are just off the road there was very little road noise.
A very clean and tidy site.
Facilities block was well kempt and stocked.
The site owner has added various little complimentary essentials, should they be required, a nice welcoming touch.
Would definitely recommend, certainly value for money.

Gostou Everything, it was a nice place to visit and the owner was great, very helpful and friendly. Even the complimentary ice pops was a good move with the hot weather, we'll definitely be returning.

Gostou Clean well equipped toilet block, large well kept pitches ,bus stop at front gate for gretna and Carlisle. Is it possible to get access to the old railway line at the bottom of the field to walk into Longtown.

Gostou The reception was great after a 7 hour drive and the included coffee and icepol was very welcoming. With no electric and a small one night tent, plenty of space to find. We will return on the way back.

Não gostou Slightly noisy from the MoD next door overnight, but nothing of concern.

Gostou Simple, Clean quiet site (ignoring road noise which "is what it is"). Welcome greeting. Easy check in , decent washing up and drinks facilities , which make this site memorable as welcoming and hospitable. I arrived and as such could make a cup of coffee and have a Biscoff biscuit right away !! Amazing start. I would stay again. Great to break my journey back from Scotland.

Não gostou Timed showers are a dislike - or consider extending the time ? Its amazing how a simple interruption like this can make an experience a chore , rather than a simple pleasure. I know environmental etc and costs - but a shower unhindered is a pleasure ....Or is this just a me thing ? :)

Gostou Peaceful, toilets spotless with added extras like toothbrush shower gel everything incase you forgot something. Pitches a good size

Gostou A really clean and friendly site, as there was room on hard standing we got the option of pitches. Lots of little touches which make you welcome (free ice lolly s in the freezer when we were there for example)
