Syntes om Great site close to Gretna we were given a choice of pitches on arrival given a very informed intro as to where everything was to be found also told we could wait outside the main entrance and hail down the bus to take us into Carlisle which we did and the bus driver stopped outside on the return journey very quiet site even with the road being close ,great place if your heading north or south

Nice and clean.
Toilet block had everything you needed, shower gel and shampoo in every cubicle. Ladies product and toothbrushes and toothpaste.
Washing up room had fridge and freezer withi free ce lollies. Tea, coffee etc.

Syntes om Location, lovely and clean, lots of local amenities.
Perfect for us as I stop on our way home but we decided to use this site again as our mid stop when visiting Scotland.

Syntes ikke om If I had to say something we could hear a little road noise, but we picked it as it was near to the M6. So still perfect for us.

It’s great to know we’ve become your regular mid‑way stop when travelling to and from Scotland. That’s exactly what we hope to offer: an easy, comfortable break close to the M6, with plenty of local amenities nearby.

We appreciate your note about the light road noise too. As you say, it comes with being so close to the motorway, but we’re glad it didn’t take away from your stay and that the convenience outweighed it for you.

Syntes om Nice level pitches, lovely quiet site, great for walking the dogs. Toilets and showers really clean, as is the site.
Good for exploring Gretna green etc. Or just as a stop off overnight as conveniently close to motorway.

Could do with a larger area for motorhome grey water disposal.

We have recently added new pitches which are very spacious and flat to ensure easy camping for our guests and its great that this is appreciated!
The road is busy at times and very quiet at others.......
