River Dart Country Park

Gostou We had the best time. We only live 40 minutes drive away and can't believe we haven't been before. It's such fun, we have twin 11 year old girls and they were in heaven especially in the pirate lake and the river. We also did some of the extra activities and were very impressed with the team who took us through the safety and the activities. We did kayaking and the high zip line where the staff made us laugh so much i completely forgot i was afraid of heights. I think i might even go back for the high ropes. The camping area is lovely, maintained beautifully and the facilities are clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful and there is so much to do it was impossible to fit it all into a weekend.
We are all hooked and will definitely be back.

Gostou Pitch was great, beautiful grounds, water was clean for swimming, adventure playground great for the kids & lovely hot water.

Não gostou Cafe/restaurant very expensive & doesn’t really cater for little kids, no option for tiny meals just standard prices.
Too many wasps everywhere, I know this is unavoidable but maybe more wasp repellant gadgets everywhere.
Online booking for activities were complicated, signing wavers confusing.

Gostou De plek op ons veld. Niet te druk en ver genoeg weg van alle speeltoestellen.
Schone wc's en douches.
De hoeveelheid bomen en grootsheid van het park.

Não gostou Weinig, jammer dat de (grote) honden geen makkelijk toegang hebben tot zwemwater. Steile afgronden.

Gostou Family and dog friendly. Loads to do, love the lake, parks etc. Great on site shop and restaurant. Clean facilities. Dont have to go anywhere, spent the whole holiday on site, loved every moment

Gostou Loads of fun! We loved it at River dart 😊 our children loved it, it was our first ever camping trip and we will definitely be back!
