Gostou What an amazing place, really friendly, easy going, went with my sons and dog for camping as we were hiking in nearby Leith Hill.. a little gem. The bell tent was spacious with two double blow up beds, linen. Weather was perfect for laye night chatting around the fire.

Gostou Wonderful location in the woods, good facilities, friendly staff.

Camped for one night to hike the local area. We didn't know in advance that that Friday evening happened to be "pizza and beer" night so it was probably more lively than usual. Good atmosphere!

Quiet during the night, no issues with noise.

nice and quiet at night time.
Cafe and bar on site during the day
Walk out of gate into the Surrey hills mountain bike and walking trails
Looking forward to returning in July for a week

Gostou Small wooded site with loads of walks on your doorstep. Birdsong wonderful to wake up to.

Não gostou Didn't like being fenced in and there is a fairly large hostel on site which takes the edge off being in nature vibe if that's what you are going for. Clearly visible in pictures of site but it's one of those things you only realise how it's going to sit with you when you get there.
Staff didn't ask my name at all, even when I went to sort the mix up with the booking through pitch.com (thought I'd booked 2 nights but email came through with only 1 - watch out for "per stay" at checkout and double check nights etc). Staff just asked me what I paid and rang that through the till without any invoice etc which seemed a bit scammy.
Toilets / showers / waking up area could have been cleaner but we were right at start of the season and they probably hadn't geared up to it yet.

Gostou Nice site - I was completing a sponsored sleep out for HM forces veterans and picked this site as was near Surrey Hills.

Nice area for practising navigation, there were alot of cyclists doing down hill mountain biking.

I was only person at the site as was in March however I imagine as the seasons move into spring and summer it will be a busy site.

It has wifi which was a plus and a small cafe. There are toilets/showers and a wash up area for pots and pans.

I felt safe staying on site even though I was only person camping again probably because of it being a Sunday and time of year.

I would camp here again.

Gostou Great place to stay; at the doorstep of so many trails it’s amazing!

Told the keeper about one of the toilets being blocked and they resolved this in a timely manner. It’s a great place to stay

Gostou Really great site with plenty of amenities, close to fabulous walks and run by lovely people. Would definitely visit again and thoroughly recommend it. Especially the sausage and egg bap.

Gostou Nice secluded setting, the pitches are very spacious and well kept. Facilities were spotlessly clean and overall atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. A perfect blend of comfort and simplicity. Also great value for money. Would highly recommend!
