Gostou Flat grass pitch with secure gate (code for padlock)

Não gostou Busy road with no pavements to walk along. Couldn’t find anywhere to walk the dogs.

Do gerente: Thank you for your review, great to read you liked the flat grass pitch and you would recommend us to friends. Unfortunatley you did not enquire about walks when I greeted you on arrival and you did not spot the information in the Info Hut which has details and directions for you to walk along the path outside the caravan site gate towards the public right of way. This is a lovely countryside walk during which the dogs can safely run free from their leads. There is a circular route and a also a walk into the suberb of Fulford. Kind regards Gina and Gary

Gostou Very basic but clean and well maintained. You HAVE to be self contained. 10 - 15 minutes by regular bus service from the city center. Traffic is busy at peak times but quietened down at night.
Very helpful owner.

Do gerente: Delighted you plan to return and stay with us again, we are open up to the 7 December giving ample opportunity to enjoy the Christmas markets. As you say, with your own toilet and wash facilities plus the option we offer for electric hook up and the grey and waste disposal points and fresh water supply you can enjoy a stay close to York in a rural setting. The bus is super handy to get in and out of the city, the traffic can build up during peak rush hour times adding a few more minutes to your bus journey. Kind regards Gina and Gary.

Gostou Very quiet. Easy access.Good paths Fulford, easy bus routes to York and retail park. Possible to walk to Fulford and walk along to River Ouse to the outlet shops and catch bus to Crockey Hill.

Não gostou Discharge to grey water outlet too high for our motorhome, no major problem. We will return.

Gostou Very quiet nice location very friendly , pitches quiet big, bus stop close by york 10 mins away by bus ,nice pub about 4 miles away stayed here a few times ,information hut , 🛖

Gostou Lovely quiet site, we loved watching the bunnies in the evening as the sun set. Location was perfect, bus stop close by to travel into York, lovely cafe just a short walk away that did great breakfasts, supermarket was also very close.
We didn’t meet the owners but they were helpful via text giving my helpful arrival information.
We could get drinking water on site as well as disposing of our grey water and chemical toilet.

Gostou Peace and quiet and yet a short bus trip to York. Had two fantastic days and Gina was really helpful prior to our stay. Huge pitches.

Gostou Very nice, flat, little site.
Park & Ride 2 mins away @ outlet park.

Não gostou Rabbits … our 2 dogs were going crazy as there were rabbits everywhere.

Do gerente: Wonderful to hear you found our site very nice and would visit again and reccomend us to friends. Along with the Park and Ride at the Shopping Outlet there is our fantastic local bus service which runs very regulary all day and is just a 2 minute walk from the site. We are sorry to hear you weren't able to enjoy the rabbits, they have ususally proved a great hit with guests. Kind regards Gina abd Gary
