Polubione Well presented and neatly arranged. Spacious pitches with ehu and all level. Facilities were perfect for water and waste. Secure site. Perfect for visiting York and area. Friendly welcoming owners. Rabbits! Watership down! Bus service to York from campsite if required.

Easy to find lots of clear instructions.
Choice of 2 buses to get into York, takes about 15 minutes one of the buses stops at the Outlet centre.
Great fun watching the rabbits frolicking in the field next door.

Niepolubione The pitches were too close together back to back not side to side, we were kept awake by people talking in their awning which was only a few feet away from our heads. If we’d been staying longer we would have turned the van around.

Od administratora: Great to read you enjoyed our location, as you say it is so handy for York - the local bus is a great option, with a bus passing by 7 days a week from earlty til late. We always want our guests to know all about our site before their stay and so we advertise our amenities - electric hook up, grey and waste disposal points and fresh water supply. We have some great local walks and cycle tracks nearby in our peaceful rural setting - ideal for a city break in a rural setting. Delighted to read you would recommend us to friends and stay again - hope we can welcome you in 2026 :)

Niepolubione No hard standing. Field was getting chromed up with vehicles afraid of getting stuck but made it out. No interned , myself and hubby have different providers but unable to use internet . Not able to watch tv due to this

Almost every review thanks us for our helpful and friendly welcome - something we are very proud of. We work very hard to provide a good experience for our guests.
Our site is regualary praised in reviews for being clean and tidy.
We do not advertise Wifi as part of the stay - other guests manage very well on their own networks and are able to watch their TV with no problems at all.
The field is very sandy and vehicles do not get stuck which is why we stay open every year until early December - reading recent reviews from guests staying over the same weekend confirm this - not one of them mentions being afraid of getting stuck.
We clearly advertise that we are a grass only site with no hard standing.
At least the site was able to provide a big pitch and some peace - I wonder at the intention of such a review..?

We are always super busy for visitors to the wonderful York Christmas markets - our sandy grass field comes in very handy when we need surface water to drain away keeping the ground firm during winter months and allowing visitors to safely and easily drive on and off site. Polubione Easy access from main A19 road, great location for designer outlet with links for park and ride into York. Well maintained.

Niepolubione Little bit noisy from the road but you take that given its ease of access. It’s ’no Frills’ but for a short stay it’s perfect.

The Annual Christmas Winter Wonderland and Outdoor Ice Skating opens at the Outlet on the 14/11/25 to 04/01/26 - makes a lovely Xmas day out. Polubione Friendly welcome on arrival, good size pitch, easy access into the city of York. Nice and quiet, minimal road noise.
