Likte Lovely site, spacious pitches, great amenities and staff amazing, only had a 1 night stay but would definitely return, Sunday lunch was outstanding.

Likte Beautiful grounds and setting complimented by two big fishing lakes which make for a nice walk around.

Superbly clean facilities.

Bar and restaurant onsite serve really good quality food and homemade desserts - delicious!

The staff were so welcoming and kind - everyone from the owners down to the waiting staff were an absolute joy and really made our stay as fabulous as it was.

Would highly recommend and stay again.

Likte the quiet spot we were given easy access to lakes and barn nigel and tracey were great hosts the sunday carvery was done to perfection the deserts were to die for all in all a great site

Likte What a lovely spot! The hosts were amazing - thank you.
Food was great and the selection of deserts were home made and looked fabulous (I don't eat cake but was very tempted).
The site it's self is well kept, we walked around the lake so peaceful. Suited us to a tee....
The facilities were very good and clean.

We haven't travelled in our Motor Home that way before but we will definitely revisit.

We completely understand your disappointment that the bar isn't open during the week. Unfortunately, as a small independent business, opening the bar midweek would be cost-prohibitive for us, particularly with the lower level of trade. We therefore currently concentrate our opening hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, when we can provide the best atmosphere and service for our guests.

Of a range of different trees and nature. Ponds are lovely. We had chips and fish on the Friday from the onsite pub and they were absolutely beautiful. The lemon meringue is outstanding.

Thank you also for your constructive feedback. We regularly wash and rotate our shower curtains as part of our cleaning routine, but we'll check them again to ensure they are looking their best. Our restaurant opening times are advertised in advance, and while we don't currently serve breakfast on every Saturday, we appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration for the future.

Likte Lovely quiet spot. Excellent clean facilities. Great location just off A17, very handy for our onward journey the next day.

Likte ikke I was sent the menu when I booked (for a Monday night during the school summer holidays) so expected the restaurant and cafe to be open. It wasn’t open and we didn’t bring gas as we were looking forward to food and drinks out. A bit disappointing and we had to make do with random bits in the fridge. On arrival at the automated gate, It took 5 phone calls to the advertised number before someone picked up so we could gain entry. Only one mobile number is shown on the pitch up website (which didn’t pick up) I happened to find a second mobile number on a different website which did work.

We're very sorry again for the difficulty you experienced accessing the site on arrival. As we explained at the time, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Your experience highlighted an issue with our automated gate system, and following your report our engineer attended on the Tuesday to repair the fault. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it enabled us to resolve the problem quickly.

Regarding the restaurant, we're sorry for your disappointment. However, we would like to clarify that we do not serve evening meals on weekdays and have never offered evening dining on Mondays. We have checked the information sent to you on 30th July, which clearly stated that our restaurant is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. We always aim to provide accurate information before guests arrive so they can plan accordingly.

We appreciate your feedback and are pleased that, despite these issues, you enjoyed your stay overall. We hope you'll consider visiting us again—perhaps over a weekend when you can experience the restaurant and enjoy everything we have to offer.
