Moonfleet Farm

Ik was blij met The farm has loads of room for kids to run around and play, there are also a couple of swings on a tree in the campsite that kept my son busy for ages. The walks around the ponds are lovely and quiet, but there were a lot of biting insects, which is to be expected on a farm in the summer, so pack bite spray if, like me, you're prone to being bitten. It was only a short walk through the fields to the local pub which is also quiet and friendly, and serves great food. All the facilities here are clean and well maintained. Also, they are located close to the campsite, so you don't have to walk really far in the dark for a late night wee. We also enjoyed the friendly farm dogs who popped in and out of the campsite, my son loved playing fetch with them, and one came and relaxed by our campfire one evening. Overall, we had a wonderful few days at Moonfleet, and we would definitely visit again.

Ik was blij met We absolutely loved it here. Quite sad that it was only for 1 night. Clive was lovely and friendly. The farm dogs were a lush surprise. Overall a really really enjoyable experience.

Ik was blij met As a family of four, we enjoyed the open space and walks. My son thoroughly enjoyed fishing in the lakes near by all looked well presented and cared for.
The shower and toilets were clean.

Ik was niet blij met I was unsure when we arrived what to do- but once I realised there was a note explaining it was fine.

Ik was blij met This is our favourite place! We've visited a couple times a year for a few years now. Our family come in July with us and rent a shepherd hut they live this place too. Clive, Linda and Rowena are such lovely people, very friendly. The amenities are clean and well stocked, any issues resolved promptly. Kids absolutely love playing freely throughout the campsite, playing on the swings and fussing the many very friendly farm dogs.

We all cannot wait to return in July.

Lots to see and do locally or short drive. Lovely walk to the local pub which has great food!

The sunsets are out of this world and the stars in the middle of the night are incredible. Planets often visible too, we could see Venus and Jupiter this time.

Ik was niet blij met I really dislike how quickly time goes when we're here and always wish we could stay longer but work beckons!
