Ik was blij met Nice setting - lots of space

Ik was blij met Very warm welcome from Diane and a beautiful orchard site, very quiet and felt very safe travelling solo.
Although no showers this wasn’t a problem, toilet facilities great and very clean.
I didn’t walk to the pub, or Sissinghurst but you could do both easily. In hindsight wished I had only booked more than one night! Would definitely return. Thank you!

Ik was blij met Diane kindly took the time to show me around and where everything was. The site was clean, not too busy, easy to locate. The woodland was lovely to walk around.

Ik was blij met The peace and quiet and how few people there were. Beautiful countryside on the door step with a lovely stroll across the fields to the pub. Friendly welcome with a laid back attitude and freedom to pick your own space.

Ik was niet blij met It's very basic but we knew that before we arrived and isn't trying to be anything that it's not.

Ik was blij met Beautiful Location surrounded by Orchard trees out in a rural location , very friendly host , nice and quiet site with an abundance of room .
We went on a 2 mile bike ride to the local pub .
Definitely worth a visit

Ik was niet blij met Few facilities but that was ok for us as we were self sufficient.

Ik was blij met Lovely area, good and clean washing up and toilet facilities, very welcoming and friendly owner, good walking, nice pub nearby, easy access to Sissinghurst.

Ik was blij met Lots of space, quiet and generally chilled experience. Very minimalistic camping with a friendly owner.

Ik was niet blij met There's a toilet and it's functional, but otherwise there's next to nothing on site. We were told of a wash facility but it was locked when we went to use it - we were warned it was open within a window of time - but don't be fooled this camping experiance is a field with a single metal portable toilet with cold water, and that's about it.

Van de manager: Hello Billy, I'm sorry that you were unable to open the door to the washing up room, which also contains a small fridge, power points to charge your phone and a separate toilet with wash basin. I wonder as to whether you were trying to open the correct door, as the room is open all day until 9:00 p.m.
You were unable to participate in the usual tour of the campsite that I give to all campers. Also your companion (on another booking) had driven straight onto the field without checking in. I pointed out and described to both of you all of the facilities, from your pitches.
Hopefully, when you visit again you will be able to have the proper tour. I'm glad that you had a very enjoyable time, I look forward to welcoming you again.
