Ik was blij met Good campsite with a nice layout, good play areas for children and a great covered games area with giant chess, giant Connect4 etc - a really nice touch. The unisex shower rooms were excellent. Overall a really nice experience.

Ik was niet blij met Stingy pitch sizes - our standard 4 person tunnel tent was apparently too big (never has been anywhere else). We were forced to upgrade to an XL pitch on which you could have put a marquee. Water taps were located on people's pitches making us reluctant to use any where the pitch was occupied, never found any washing up facilities either - there was the odd sink in a laundry room.

We’re really pleased you enjoyed the campsite layout, play areas, games space, and shower facilities.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience with pitch sizing and the need to upgrade, and we’ll review how we communicate pitch suitability more clearly. We also understand your concerns about the location of the water taps — there are 7 taps in Laurel Meadow serving around 40 pitches, but we appreciate these may not always feel accessible.
Regarding washing-up facilities, we’re currently looking into adding additional sinks in Laurel Meadow.

Ik was blij met We stayed over the late may bank holiday whilst going to watch the BTCC at Snetterton. We absolutely loved everything about this place, the pitches were spacious, the staff were lovely, the site was immaculate and the animals next door made for much nighttime amusement.

The weather was absolutely glorious too.

We will be back!

Ik was blij met Local shop pub and zoo close at hand. All in walking distance .great for family’s with young children lovely play area..

Ik was niet blij met XL pitch’s don’t come with there own water tap..don’t go on a bank holiday if you want a quiet stay

For future stays, our Premium Pitches on Bay 6 — available from April 2026 — include their own private water supply, which may be a great option for you.
We understand that Bank Holiday weekends can be busier than usual and may not offer the quieter break some guests are looking for, but we truly value your feedback.

Ik was blij met The facilities were spotless and the hot showers were awsome. Staff were so helpful and even booked our lunchtime meal at the red lion pub which was a lovely meal.

Ik was niet blij met Power supply was ok to start with then we lost voltage for a few hours the retuned to normal later. Phone signal isn’t great.
