Ik was niet blij met Die sanitären Einrichtungen benötigen ein kleines Upgrade. Sauberkeit ist ok. Wobei vieles auch einfach am Vordermann liegt.

Ik was blij met Booked a little last min weekend - we only live 40 mins but the min we got there felt like a million miles away. Great site, wonderful hosts very personable and a perfect little spot.

Clean facilities, has everything you could want and a small site which is well maintained and obviously a labour of love.

Fishing was good - hubby enjoyed his day with multiple catches.

Traveled with 2 adults, 1 x 18yro and 1x 13yro although lots of younger children having the best time.

All in all we will 100% be back

Ik was niet blij met We had a bit of an issue with ants but keep things off the floor and in boxes and all is good - hosts can’t help the wildlife 🫣 just pre warning.

Ik was blij met Great friendly welcome. Facilities modern and really clean. The environment is really well look after, so relaxing. Love having all the animals about, Goats, Ponies to name a few and the 2 Donkeys. The fishing was brilliant, some big fish all in good condition.

Ik was blij met We have been twice now and are returning back again end of August. The whole site is brilliant! The animals are a great touch, the fishing is amazing, my son caught over 30 fish. The facilities are always clean and tidy. The owners are brilliant they are so helpful and friendly.

Van de manager: We are pleased that you enjoyed the lake, fishing and the wild geese.
We are always honoured to host them for the three months that they stay with us each year. It really is a compliment that they choose our lake as a safe and suitable place to raise their young families on and we really miss them when they leave us each year. Unfortunately though, wild geese are just like people and if they eat then they need to poo too - at least theirs is just grass which washes easily away and it really is a small inconvenience for the great pleasure that they bring to so many people 😊
Please correct your statement that you paid extra for air conditioning as your booking did not. Our site rules clearly state that air conditioning units are not included in pitch prices simply because we charge a very competitive and reasonable all in one flat fee pitch price. All of our pitch fees are inclusive of up to 4 people, pets, awnings, water, free heated showers and electricity. The electricity included is a very generous allowance of 16 amps all of which is just £30 per night (in high season too). In order for us to be able to offer this and keep our prices as low as possible for all campers we simply cannot afford to, nor do we wish to include air conditioning units in the all inclusive pitch fee.

The amenities were kept nice and clean.
The owners were lovely and very approachable.

Ik was blij met We had a wonderful stay at this campsite and would highly recommend it. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The grounds are beautifully maintained, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Everything was clean, tidy, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail.

One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful animals on site. They were a delight to see and added so much charm and character to the campsite, making the experience even more special.

Overall, this is a lovely campsite with fantastic hosts, stunning grounds, and wonderful animals. We look forward to returning in the future.

Ik was niet blij met Totally out of the owners control but worth mentioning, there is a kennels very close by so if you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring earbuds.

Ik was blij met Large pitches, short grass. Very clean toilers/showers. Great for walking dog .

Ik was niet blij met Barking dogs, all day at night ! Not the fault or anything to do with the owners of the site but very nearby property.
Bird mess everywhere, grass is covered in it.
