Campeggio ben posizionato con personale cordiale. Buoni servizi e piazzole spaziose, ottima vicinanza a spiaggia e porto. Alcuni bagni datati. Divertimenti apprezzati dalle famiglie. WiFi a volte instabile, alcune piazzole richiedono cunei.

Mi è piaciuto Staff were great. The troupers for the entertainment, the pool staff and the staff we came across in the reception, restaurant, arcade and shop. Food was great and the app to deliver to your table is great. Great location, beach on doorstep with plenty of places to eat / drink and the Jurassic Coast is right there to go an explore.
Non mi è piaciuto - If you book through Pitchup you can't pre book any of the activities as Parkdean doesn't recognise your booking reference number. This means you can't pre book any of the free swims and have to hope you get a walk in spot.
- You have to pay additional for pretty much anything that isn't the free general swim (or the evening entertainment). It all adds up when you're paying £300+ for a pitch for 4 nights.
- Swimming pool, the steps to the changing rooms & changing rooms themselves could do with some TLC.
- You're not allowed a textbox. It says no tentbox on grass pitch, nothing was mentioned on the gravel pitch, so we booked this pitch- apparently, it's still an issue, if it's not allowed it needs to be clearer - there was no mention of this on the Parkdean website either.

Mi è piaciuto The men on the touring reception are brilliant so helpful. Grass pitch with plenty of room. Lovely walk to the bay and to Bridport.
Non mi è piaciuto Third time at West Bay. The whole site is looking very tired. The shower block was old and the showers had one setting HOT. We went swimming this time, the pool was awful broken showers filthy floors. Steps up to the changing rooms partially taped off and muddy. Everywhere was a health hazard.

Mi è piaciuto Site was clean and tidy and quiet for the most. The staff were all very friendly, approachable and helpful. Toilets and showers were good and kept in a clean condition. I didn't use the pool or any entertainment facilities so I can't comment there. Very dog friendly site although must be kept on leads. Bailey and I enjoyed our stay.
Non mi è piaciuto The toilets and showers were quite a way from my pitch down a steep hill, not too bad for me, but can be a pain if your elderly. The pot wash was frequently used as a boot wash so was left covered in mud. The bin lorry comes round very early in the morning and is noisy. No fault of the site but there is limited beach access for the dogs March-September when the tide is in, which I don't believe is fair being there's 2 beautiful beaches. Perhaps a campaign could be made by Parkdean for a section of one beach to be made available.

Mi è piaciuto Close to beach, shops and restaurants.
Non mi è piaciuto It's a very big site which is not really our thing, but we gave it a try. Beware of accidently leaving stuff, I asked around but it hadn't been handed in, so obviously whoever found it decided to keep it.
