Mi è piaciuto Lovely site with great hillside views. Clubhouse really nice with friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. On site fish and chip shop added bonus, and very good quality. Only stayed one night so did not use facilities but what I did use was very clean and tidy. Fairly small site but did not feel enclosed.

Non mi è piaciuto No TV signal, and WiFi not brilliant but worked well in the club and as pitch very close to clubhouse the signal was fine.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely location, friendly staff, shower blocks were nice and clean, launderette was clean. Drain was blocked on pitch we reported to reception was cleared within the hour ( well impressed)

We’re sorry to hear about the dogs barking at night from neighbouring properties. Although it’s outside the park’s control, we understand how disruptive it can be and appreciate you mentioning it.

Thank you as well for the private feedback about the bus timetable. Clearer information is always helpful for guests, so we’ll look into how we can make this easier to understand, especially regarding the limited service Monday to Thursday.

Mi è piaciuto Shower and toilet facilities are very modern and clean. Also good water pressure when showering. Loads of room when we put our tent up and privacy. The fish and chip shop on site is great. The bar is also good with lots of drink options and events as well as a games room. Good location for walks near Ullswater. Check in process seamless since it’s based on your car registration plate.

Non mi è piaciuto Could be more places/surfaces to put clothes etc when showering. There’s only one pub that’s walkable (25 mins) and the Saturday we went they were fully booked and didn’t take walk ins. Wi-Fi doesn’t stretch to camp sites really but does it ever in camp sites.

The site is large, very clean, quiet and some stunning views across Ullswater.
