We do try to put customers with children and pets in the shade if we have the availability, but obviously we can't do this for everyone if it's a very busy weekend as we only have so many trees.

If our customers are concerned about this, please give us a call and we will see what we can do, if we can't grant everyones wishes, our customers are more than welcome to bring a gazebo which can be placed in front of their unit, (and not in the fire breaks).
We don't want to roast you all while the weather is this hot. ☀️

Yes, the road is busy at peak times but we are set back down the lane away from it and as you will see from our previous reviews, 85% described the park as "peaceful". The Oak View Team.

Kedvelték The site was clean and tidy. The staff were really helpful, especially Ruth. We had enough space. There was plenty of room in the showers.

On your website, it says to look for a large green sign but this is white with a green leaf on it.

Unfortunately, being our busiest weekend of the year, there are never going to be enough showers for everyone to use when everyone has the same idea at once.

We will look into the sign, it does however have "Oak View Holiday Park" written clearly on it. 😊

Although free WiFi I struggled to get much of a signal from several areas on the site.

Again we ask our customers to do research on what is in the local area before booking and not mark us down on what is out of our control. The show ground is literally right next door to us and does effect our signal/wifi/the noise levels when they are busy. Customers can google what will be taking place at the show ground and then book accordingly during their quiet weeks if this is going to be a problem. The main events that affect us here are the County Show and the Military Odyssey. This week there has been a bit of clanking and banging due to them putting up stables for the show. The majority of the year, we don't get any noise from them.

Kedvelték Lovely receptionist who gave us information and showed us to a nice shaded pitch. Facility block spacious and clean, especially the wet rooms. Beautiful,quiet site with a nice woodland walk off site.

Kedvelték We are a family of four, including two children, and we really enjoyed our stay. The holiday park offers a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of space for caravans, motorhomes, and tents, making it suitable for all kinds of visitors.

It also has excellent on-site woodland trail walks, including a 5km walk around the park, which is ideal for walkers and dog owners.

The park is also close to popular days out such as Leeds Castle, Kent Life, and the Kent County Showground, making it a very practical base for exploring the area. This is especially useful if you are not from Kent and want somewhere convenient to use as a base.

Finally, the facilities were very useful and well-maintained, including the showers, toilets, laundry, dishwashing area, and reception services. Everything was neat and clean, which really helped make our stay more comfortable.
