Kezelői megjegyzés: Thank you so much for your lovely review!

We’re delighted you enjoyed your stay at Pinecones and found the site well maintained and our team friendly and welcoming.

It’s great to hear you enjoyed Ben’s Bar and appreciated our reasonable prices. We love being able to offer guests somewhere comfortable to relax, enjoy a drink and have some food after a day out exploring.

We’re also very fortunate with our location, with so many lovely walks straight from the site. Whether it’s a stroll into Dersingham village for its pubs and shops or a walk through the beautiful woodlands to Sandringham, there’s plenty to discover without even needing to take the car out!

Thank you again for choosing Pinecones, and we hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay soon.

Best wishes,
Martin

We’re delighted you enjoyed your stay and appreciated how well maintained the site is. It’s particularly nice to hear you enjoyed our individual private bathrooms, with lovely hot showers and heated towel rails to keep things warm and cosy, especially during the colder months.

Thank you also for your kind comments about our team. We always aim to make everyone feel welcome and are pleased we achieved that during your stay.

We appreciate your feedback regarding Ben’s Bar opening hours. These do vary depending on the time of year and demand, as we try to balance keeping the bar open with the quieter periods on site. We completely understand that guests would sometimes like to enjoy the bar for longer, and it's something we regularly review.

Thank you again for choosing Pinecones, and we hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay soon!

Best wishes,
Martin

We’re delighted you enjoyed your stay and appreciated our spacious pitches and picnic huts. It’s also lovely to hear you enjoyed Ben’s Bar and found it good value for money.

We’re particularly pleased you liked our private bathroom facilities. Having individual shower rooms with plenty of space and privacy is something we feel makes Pinecones that little bit special.

Thank you for your kind words about us as owners and, most importantly, for recommending Pinecones to others. It really does mean a lot to our whole team.

Kezelői megjegyzés: Thank you so much for your wonderful 10/10 review!

It's fantastic to hear that you've enjoyed Pinecones so much that you've visited us twice in just three weeks! We’re delighted you appreciate our warm, clean facilities and the music in the shower rooms – we think a little music makes shower time that bit more enjoyable!

The biggest compliment we can receive is guests returning, so hearing that you're already planning your next visit really means a lot to us.

Thank you again for your continued support, and we look forward to welcoming you back for your third stay very soon!

Martin

Kedvelték Really lovely site. Toilets and showers we very nice. Great site for exploring from.

Nem kedvelték Only negative was the sound from the road. Nothing that can be done about it and didn’t ruin our break away.

Kezelői megjegyzés: Thank you for your lovely 9/10 review! We’re really pleased you enjoyed the site, our private bathroom facilities and found Pinecones a great base for exploring the local area.

We appreciate your understanding regarding the road noise. Being close to the A149 does mean some traffic can be heard, although it generally becomes much quieter during the evening and overnight. As you kindly mentioned, we unfortunately can’t change our location, but we’re glad it didn’t spoil your break.

Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back to Pinecones again soon!

Best wishes,
Martin & the Pinecones Crew

Kedvelték Great pitch on fabulous site. Staff are very helpful. Plenty of space

Nem kedvelték Some of the other users ignored the speed limits which is a concern for people with dogs and children. Not sure how to overcome it but we were surprised.

Kezelői megjegyzés: Thank you so much for the 10/10!! That is brilliant and we are thrilled that you had a great stay with us. Our speed limits are there to help keep everyone safe, and we're sorry that some guests did not respect them during your stay. We will continue to remind visitors of the importance of driving slowly and carefully around the site.

Kezelői megjegyzés: Thank you for your review we are glad that you enjoyed your stay and unfortunately the bar and takeaway service is limited hours due to the time of year.

Kedvelték Pitch was a great size with a picnic hut which was good for meals and just relaxing in the sun. Bathrooms and washing up area were clean and well maintained. Good shop and plenty of info available from reception. The self check in was easy to follow. Had an issue with the electric when we tried to reconnect after a trip out but the guys resolved it within 10 minutes. Lovely walks for the dog direct from the site. We can also recommend the delivery service from the local fish and chip shop - arrived quickly and the portions were huge! Have already booked to visit again.
