Brigham Park Farm

A aimé We arrived on Friday night for the weekend. The owner was very friendly and gave us all of the information about the site when we arrived.

We have a 6 man tent, the pitches are very spacious which we liked.
The facilities were well equipped for what we required.
The little ones loved to see the chickens and the rabbit as well as feeding the friendly goats.
We had two dogs with us and the dog walking area over the busy road was great to let them have a good run around.
There was also a lovely pub and beer garden just a short walk away.
We enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year.

A aimé Had a lovely stay although the rain put us off for the last night as it absolutely drowned us so came home a night early! 😂 - would defo come back though. Shower facilities and toilets were spotless - animals were super friendly, helped our 17 week old puppy get used to people and animals, everyone was super welcoming thank you so much for our stay here x

A aimé Absolutely loved our stay here! A must for families! The adorable farm animals were perfect for our children, they didn’t want to leave the site! Everything you need in one place. Thankyou for a lovely stay! Can’t wait to come back!

A aimé Close enough to walk into Pickering. Animals on site a nice touch.
Felt safe and secure.

N'a pas aimé Terrible smell around the campsite smelt like sewage.
Toilets and showers could be cleaner.
A lot of kids when we visited all screaming and shouting all day and night.

A aimé Great location, handy for supermarkets and dalby forest. The lady that runs it is very friendly and helpful. The animals are fab, my little boy loved going to see them all. Facilities clean. Secure entry system.

N'a pas aimé The ground was extremely hard, bent a lot of pegs getting them in.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thanks for the review! Glad you had a nice stay, so much so that you extended your stay for an additional night. Apologies about the hard ground, it has been quite hot and dry here recently with no rain for a good month or two which would be why the ground is so heard.
We hope to see you again soon!

A aimé Brilliant camp site. The goats wondering around is great to see. Very secure site. Great facilities.

A aimé We liked that it was safe for the children to play as cars had to be kept in the car park unless unpacking or packing your car. The pigs, chickens, horses and Bunny are a nice addition, the kids really enjoyed petting those. It was a nice trip with friends.

N'a pas aimé We were disappointed that upon arrival we were told we were unable to be pitched next to friends although we had mentioned this when we booked and in the week prior. This was our first camping trip as a family and it was made difficult being pitched across the field from our friends due to the sharing of items and difficulties for the children settling on an evening. It was unsettling for the dogs too being back and forth. The field was not full so we didn’t not understand why we had not been pitched together. There are strict rules in place for dogs being on a lead, however the owners dog is free to roam the field and foul wherever he likes - the owners did not clear this, another camper did in order to ensure it was safe for the children to play. It was unsettling for the dogs and unfair the period of time he was left roaming around everyone. We booked knowing there would be goats, we did not realise how long they would be left in the site on an evening, they were a little bit annoying, maybe letting them out for half an hour or so would have been better.

A aimé Lovely campsite, very family friendly. It is clean and tidy easy to navigate where things are on site. Friendly atmosphere.

N'a pas aimé It’s not a dislike more of a suggestion for a chair or small bench in the shower rooms.

A aimé Our daughter loved the animals. The goats, Pumpkin and Pickle were so funny, they ran off with our bread baps!
The facilities were clean, everything you need. The option to buy a fire pit was there too.
We will come back when we plan to go to Flamingo Land.

A aimé The animals being available to pet. My son enjoyed the goats being out early evening.

We (parents) liked the size of the site, it wasn’t to being and could keep an eye on our 5 year old from our pitch.
