We really appreciate your review. So glad your children liked the feeding session. We do our best to make this session feeding interesting for all ages even if the goats don't play ball all the time LOL.
We do our best to keep the fire pit and wood size's. very affordable. Come over some time and have a chat!

A aimé The family owners were really polite and welcoming. Would help when ever he could. Just had to txt to him. Felt very safe as the gate was coded. He came round in his truck many times a day to check everyone was ok and the facilities were kept clean. There is animals to see each morning at 9am you can go walk round with them. Feed the goats, let the chickens out and feed the sheep. My children loved how he answered all the questions. Would definitely like return next season.

A aimé Lovely location, Paul made us feel very welcome. Basic, but well kept facilities. Would love to pop back. Very close to Hereford but felt like miles away. Great value!

Thanks for leaving us feedback. As a small business we really appreciate input from our campers. This year we operated as a simple pop up site with limited facilities. Next week, the campsite will be returned to our sheep! In 2026, we hope to introduce lots of new facilities (subject to planning approval) to make the camping experience even more enjoyable. Hope to see you again then.

A aimé Location was great. Kids loved the tour of the animals and picking the chicken eggs each morning. Paul and his family was super welcoming and helped us with jump starting car after kids charged phones in car and run battery dead 🙈 flat site and a nice size. Close to local pubs and shops. Quiet location. Shower available in portaloo style with a new toilet block.

N'a pas aimé Could have done with warm running water for sink. Taps in toilets could have flowed better.

All points noted and agreed regarding the hired in toilet block. Next year we hope to have our own purpose built shower and toilet block (subject to planning)! We've had some great feedback and ideas to build on next year. Hope to see you and your family soon.

A aimé An absolutely brilliant campsite, we enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The owner Paul is very friendly and welcoming, he is happy for you to pick a pitch when you arrive and he regularly visits the field to come and welcome newcomers and check in on existing customers. Toilets and washing up facilities all clean and tidy. Fire pits available for £5 for entirety of stay (bargain!) and big bags of mixed wood also £5. There is a 9am animal tour every morning, my boys both went every day, they absolutely loved it. Hats off to Primrose, a really special site.

N'a pas aimé Only thing needed is more soap in the bathrooms please, although there was plenty of sanitiser to use when it did run out.

We try hard to make our site family and budget friendly at the same time so your feedback on the smallholding animal tour and fire wood prices are super helpful.
