N'a pas aimé Only down side was a constant mechanical humming noise from the farm across the road from the site, which wasn't that noticeable during the day but could be heard more clearly at night.

A aimé Great campsite with loads of space. Communication was spot on. Nice to have toilets and showers with a washing up area. Lovely to see and hear the goats and sheep and also give them a stroke. Will certainly be returning in the future!

Idyllic & peaceful campsite, lots of space, with eggs & logs to buy!

A aimé Idyllic campsite in what feels like the middle of nowhere. A very quiet site where you can pitch up wherever you like which means you aren’t on top of each other. Gemma is super friendly and we could buy fresh eggs and logs using a link/QR code which means you don’t need to carry cash. It was also nice to see the sheep and goats and the nearby cows.
N'a pas aimé This is linked more to guest use but toilets didn’t flush too well and guests left the shower in a bit of a mess. That said, the small toilet/shower block is cute and well maintained in general.
As mentioned in other reviews the field is on a slope but lots of space so you can pitch your tent wherever and however you like to help mitigate.

I’m really sorry the toilets weren’t flushing properly during your visit. We had a plumbing issue caused by sanitary products being flushed, but it’s now sorted. And thank you for your understanding about the shower block we do try to keep it as tidy as possible, though occasionally guests leave it less than ideal.
Your feedback is genuinely appreciated. Thanks again for staying with us.
