Me gustó Disappointing customer service and lack of follow-up Unfortunately, I was unable to use my booked pitch because I mistakenly went to the wrong campsite. I contacted the campsite by email twice to explain what had happened, but received no response. After waiting for over a month, I called them directly. The response was very positive, and I was assured that my issue had not been forgotten. However, despite that conversation, I have still not received any further communication, refund, partial refund or goodwill gesture. I understand that mistakes happen, and I was hoping the campsite would show some understanding and at least follow up on the matter. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through has been disappointing. As I never actually stayed at the campsite, I cannot comment on its facilities or the quality of the pitches. This review reflects my experience with customer service and the handling of my booking issue.
