Me gustó We loved the layout of the site and that all that all pitches were serviced. The little hedges between each pitch gave a feeling of privacy. The landscaping around the site was very well done. Also a very clean site, with good shower & toilet facilities. Although we didn't get to use it, but great to see an onsite pub/ restaurant. Will definitely recommend to friends.

No me gustó Not much to say really , but maybe there could have been more information in the little shed about nearby attractions to visit.

Me gustó Conveniently located in Loire with very large pitchs overlooking a lake. Boulanger within walking distance of the site. Mobile food van one night although not many options for vegetarians

No me gustó Lake was very brown water, not very appealing for swimming. Toilets weren’t cleaned / toilet paper replaced in our 8 day stay. Receptionist not very friendly or helpful

No me gustó Some narrow approach roads when towing a caravan, could do with better info on what to take and avoid

Me gustó Great little site with very spacious pitches. Location is good only 15 min to Bayeux (small town), which is lovely. There is nothing near the campsite so is very remote, but very quiet. Our host was great and very helpful. We don’t speak much French and he didn’t speak much English - thank god for google translate. Toilets and showers were very rustic but functional. Host was very good cleaning these facilities every night.

No me gustó Filling up with drinking water is tedious as had to hold button in for flow but unable to put container close enough under tap.

I would have explained that on the motorhome's water filling point, there's a hose and a large water flow. This allows for several quick fill-ups. Me gustó Lovely large pitches, ours was fully serviced, with great views of the mountains. We enjoyed seeing the sheep wandering round the site. A great little shop selling the essentials as well as delicious home made cakes.

No me gustó Although it says that there are pubs nearby in walking distance, it would have been helpful to know directions to get there.
