No me gustó Had booked a stay in a cocoon, there was a large visible gap around the door when closed, which a few wasps made there way through over the week.

Me gustó Friendly, helpful staff. On the coldest week in November, staying in a cocoon for three nights, on the second night the heater stopped working. The staff replaced the heater during the day while I was out, and I came back to a lovely warm cocoon on the evening. Great service.
