Syntes om Friendly and helpful staff. I'd initially booked 3 nights, but needed to add an extra night. Called the site and staff added the extra night onto my booking.

Syntes om Friendly, helpful staff. On the coldest week in November, staying in a cocoon for three nights, on the second night the heater stopped working. The staff replaced the heater during the day while I was out, and I came back to a lovely warm cocoon on the evening. Great service.
