No me gustó Nothing, but missed the personal touch of a reception, details of gate code and pitch allocation sent by text message, No wifi but not really a dislike but alot of people now need it to operate their busy life

Me gustó Toilet/shower block lovely and clean/modern, club house on site Well sign posted on main road, Pleasant/helpful reception staff Wifi on pitch

No me gustó Unclear pitch markings, loud music from club house until 11.30 on Saturday night, didn't bother us much but families with young children wouldn't be impressed, especially after site rules state that no noise after 11.00pm, Road traffic noise ,

Me gustó Large fully serviced pitches Timber garden benches to use around the site 1st class amenities, still look brand new Lovely and clean. Adult only And free on site Wifi .bonus😁

No me gustó Not really a dislike, but having to put £1 & £2 coins in the meter for the electric Traffic noise at times, but nothing major

Me gustó Quiet, secluded, site with Hook up and water at each pitch, pitch 4 corner would have been tight but rest were decent sized,

No me gustó Of the 2 toilets on site, 1 was leaking water all over the floor for the duration of our 4 day stay, no heating in both toilet/shower facility, The grassed areas needed cutting , No personal communication due to owners not on site,

Me gustó Lovely quiet site, in a good location to the coast, with Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington all within 20 minutes drive, ANPR on gates for security

No me gustó Not really classed as disliked, maybe just room for improvement, The pitches are marked with white pegs, which some are missing, Information for new arrivals could be better, just choose a vacant pitch is ok if its not taken by a motor home thats gone to the coast for the day Waste grey water grate would be better at floor level, rather that 150mm off the ground, The shower/toilets hits would benefit safety hand rails, The showers on gas burners kept going cold. Only little things but they would be beneficial

Me gustó On site pub, with a very good menu , the 8 wet rooms, fully serviced pitches, location to Ingoldmells and Skegness,

No me gustó The reception isnt manned , staff seem to arrive in small vans sporadically, we paid £10 cash for a security barrier fob on arrival, but reception wasnt open when we left and had to go to the Golf club house to get a refund, as we had hooked up to travel home my wife was told it was only a few minutes up the road so decided to walk. It might be a few minutes in a helicopter , this added 45 minutes on our departure time. The pitches have a narrow hard standing for the caravan but the pea gravel that makes up the rest of the pitch is horrendous to pitch an awning, a family with a VW camper pitched on the next pitch to us and proceeded to pitch a large tent on the grass less than a metre from our caravan, a lady arrived in a coast fields vehicle and explained to my wife that it wasnt allowed as it was too close, but never challenged the family who actually pitched the tent, their 2 teenage boys played football around the tent and our caravan only moving when i asked them too, the site would benefit from replacing the Pea gravel to something more suitable and a more mature reception staff rather than a couple of youngesters who dont like confrontational issues to deal with. The wet rooms need better extraction, the steam builds up very fast leaving condensation on all surfaces, after breakfast the doors where left wide open to clear after use, there was nowhere to place dry clothes due to the condensation, modified good extraction along with a tip up seat would remedy this issue,

Me gustó The overall layout of the park is very nice and welcoming, lots of activities for all ages, Show bar and separate Bar and Restaurant, lovely swimming pool with flume, numerous play areas for smaller people, good location ,within easy reach of Skegness beach , on site shop/take away options and pedal power hire, security barrier on entry/exit ,

No me gustó On arrival at 5.01pm we found the reception to have closed at 5.00pm luckily the young lady who was going home reopened the door to give us our welcome pack and site information, we had received information that reception didn't close until 6.00pm, we navigated to the tourer area following signage , Rows A-G were posted clearly but no signage for Row H, but found additional pitches numbered but no letter, luckily a friendly camper assured us we were in the right place, The shower block was very disappointing, both male/female areas were in disrepair and in need of refurbishment, or a very good clean out at least, the showers didn't work for 2 days ( we received a text explaining that the site were experiencing problems with the water supply) , male urinals were full due to a blockage for the 5 days we were there, all showers were filthy and the main entrance door would shut due the loose hinges and the smell from the ladies block was very offensive with no extraction, The water supply area on Row H had a load of rubbish dumped at the side of the drain and again it didn't move for the 5 days we were there, The man made short cut to the swimming pool ,Bar/Restaurant via a mud hill at the far end of Row H needs to either be made an official route or closed off full after the golf was located on the original route.

Me gustó its our 1st time with touring caravan , (only purchased last month) , stayed 3 nights and had a brilliant time, the park amenities are 1st class , modern and clean, lovely spaced pitches with electric hook up, fresh water & waste water points plus the chemical disposal area's the Christmas lights at night were lovely will definitely be returning next year to this amazing place

No me gustó although there is cafe on site , it only opened from 9.00- 12.00 lovely large clean building that could be utilised for a bar area at night
