Me gustó Good location, was lovely to see the animals on the campsite even with them escaping their pens. Check in was simple however I think a text message would be better than email as mine went into junk so didn't see it.

No me gustó The field was full of donkey poo but I think if the site was advertised as free-roaming animals then you would expect it and take an extra pair of shoes. On arriving the toilet block was very clean, however during our stay other campers left sanitary products all over the floor which is vile, also take your own toilet paper as it's well stocked in the morning but soon disappears. There was no bins in the toilets but the general bins were next to the toilet block so not difficult to tidy up after yourself! Also nothing to do with caravan site but people smoking weed had no respect for the other campers.

Me gustó Spacious pitches and relatively clean Good price for drinks and nice bar outside. Dog field was great to let the dog run free Swimming is 50p per person for 45 minutes and wasnt busy so was great! We only went into entertainment twice, once for day time activity which was great

No me gustó Bins being emptied at 7.30 am wasn't great and even though bins were empty there was lots of rubbish on the floor! Entertainment was quite small room and very loud and lots of lights flashing which was too much for my child so had to leave.

Me gustó We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the pitches were a great size and very quiet appart from the airplanes but that didn't bother us. Clean facilities and nice warm showers

No me gustó Alot of people came to stay were asking us where to sign in/where to park so maybe allocating picture would be an ideal for future and also stating which side of the grass belongs to which pitch save confusion

The pitches have been made larger for ease of use, so we are very happy that you like them. Unfortunately the planes are what they are! Apologies that you had people asking about the pitch allocation, I do send out emails to everyone after they book to explain the way we work here so it seems that there are a few that did not receive/read the instructions.
