Camping in Llanberis

Me gustó We liked the view.

No me gustó It really was not worth all the money we paid.
There was not even a hose pipe with which to fill up our water tank.
We only saw the owner / manager once on arrival and the welcome was not great just ..... go up the hill turn left and its there. We are still not sure if we parked in the correct field.

We felt as though we were an inconvenience and we did not stay the extra night (Third night) which we paid for in advance.

The toilets were not clean and there was a charge of 1 pound coins for the showers which for 140 pounds for 3 nights we thought was a bit much - no hot showers for us as we didnt have any pound coins.

No rubbish disposal facilities or for toilet waste.

No signs or useful information at all. Not really a pleasant welcome feeling about the place at all. We left and stayed somewhere else.

Me gustó Really nice site beautiful views and facilities good and clean.

No me gustó The payment information was not clear on the booking site or the site on arrival. I wanted to pay cash but the only options were electronic. Would have been nice to have understood this

Me gustó Excellent campsite! Had everything I needed for my camp and a few nice extra touches which made my stay all the better. Clean Hot showers!! Location is perfect walking paths at the top of the drive! The site wouldn’t be to everyones taste but I will definitely be back thanks

Me gustó Great campsite I've stayed a few times great location easy access to llanberis and snowdon area.

No me gustó Slightly sloped in areas .

Love the little communal room where you can dry clothes ,charge your phone and make a brewe ..

Me gustó Great location and price. Facilities great (shower is warm and long enough for £1). You can have a fire also!

Me gustó Lovely location with direct access to the Llanberis path for Yr Wyddfa (snowdon). Facilities were great and kept clean, little food truck onsite although I didn’t use it so can’t give a review on the food. Snacks, drinks and other goods sold in the reception area where you check in and the family who run the site were lovely and very accommodating. They are often not around due to living on the farm/site and tending to their children etc but all you have to do is ring the bell or come back another time and they are happy to help you with whatever you need. You’re able to check in by emailing them and paying via bank transfer which is all detailed on the reception door which I think is fantastic. Multiple fields to choose from for pitching up your tent so you can choose how close or far you want to be from other guests. You can walk down into Llanberis it’s only down the road where the high street is and they have a spar, coffee shops, restaurants etc.

Me gustó Location was nice and the facilities were clean.

No me gustó Couldn't get in contact with host via phone or reception, therefore was unable to get vehicle onto the site like the ad showed.
