Me gustó The whole package. Great pitches with good spacing between other pitches. All amenities were immaculate. Lovely little shop/cafe onsite. Great view overlooking the sea and was only short walk from the campsite.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for your feedback regarding the Wi-Fi at your pitch. I have made a note of this, and it is something we will continue to look into.
We installed Wi-Fi across the site when we took over two years ago, and we are continually making improvements where possible to help our guests stay connected. However, due to Cae Du's beautiful surroundings and the large number of mature trees across the site, achieving full coverage in every area has proven challenging.
We do appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where further improvements may be needed.

A beautiful site in a great location.

Me gustó Location near Beddgelert, with mountain views all around and river walks. Very spacious, with widely spaced pitches. Very welcoming and concientious staff. Large covered information room with seats for wet weather.
No me gustó Wash facilities functional rather than up to date, but cleaned thoroughly, and plenty of hot water.

Me gustó Super fast check in, secure access, flat pitches, really well maintained, hot showers, fire pits allowed. Easy walk to gorgeous village of Bedgellert where you can catch the heritage steam railway. Quick 5 min drive to lake (paddle boards etc allowed), copper mines, waterfalls and plunge pools and the mighty Snowdon. And best of all - the views! Just stunning and a little river running at the back of our pitch. Perfect.

No me gustó There was a storm and my pitch was at a low point and completely flooded and there was no one there to help me find a new place to move to so I had to leave and go find a bed in a hostel.

We were sorry to see the low overall score, especially as there were some positive comments within your review. We were also a little surprised by some of the individual scores, including the 1/10 for Wi-Fi, as no Wi-Fi issue was mentioned, and the 7/10 for cleanliness despite your kind comment that the site was clean. We were also disappointed to see the 3/10 for customer service, particularly as you mentioned that our employees were professional and helpful.
We’re very sorry that the storm affected your stay. After a long spell of dry weather, heavy rainfall can sometimes lead to temporary surface water around the park. On arrival, all guests are given an on-call number, which is also shown on the park map, so help is available outside normal staffed hours should it be needed.
Regarding your pitch, this is a recognised and usable pitch. Although it sits lower than some other areas, that does not make it unsuitable under normal conditions. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for disruption caused by natural weather conditions such as heavy rain or storms.
Our Operations Manager was on-call that evening on site and did drive around before and after the storm should you have needed help.
Thank you again for your feedback. We’re sorry the weather had such an impact on your visit, but we do appreciate you acknowledging the cleanliness of the site and the professionalism of our team.
