Me gustó Tranquility, great showers and toilet facilities.

No me gustó Didn’t realise I needed coins to operate the shower, didn’t find access to the coastal path.

Me gustó Fantastically located with a short drive or walk into New Quay and a stunning view of the sea. Pitches were all level and staff really helpful and friendly. While we didn't have dogs with us, it was really nice to see them accommodated with a dog park to allow them to run around. All in all, a lovely site.

No me gustó The only potential issues are that the showers require change to be used which we weren't aware of on arrival.

Me gustó views were lovely. toilets were clean.

No me gustó Travelling in a motorhome as a mature couple. The field is a mix of touring caravans, tents and motorhomes. We were next to a tent with 2 young girls who talked loudly and laughed until 3am in the morning. groups of boys were also loud and walking around in the small hours. The toilet block did not have enough showers and toilets for the amount of people staying at the site.
Dogs were not on leads and were left to walk around. my husband 2 dogs jumping up on him as he was walking past to the toilet block. I have never been to a camping site where dogs were left to roam around.

We do have strict policies regarding dogs and noise disturbances and ask for dogs to be kept on leads at all times. Each customer is advised of these policies by way of the written information provided on arrival. Unfortunately we are not always aware of such disregard and urge customers to advise us of such incidences at the time rather than after the event via a review, If we had been made aware, then of course we would have dealt with the situation immediately.
Thanks again for staying with us and sorry we did not meet your expectations due to the alleged inconsideration of other campers.

Extremely friendly and helpful owners. So accommodating and kind.

Thankfully, firepits arent permitted here, however, some fellow campers had started a fire during the heatwave one evening, and we were impressed the owner came to sort this immediately.

We were in a large tag axle motorhome and although the lane from New Quay to the site was a single track lane, it was doable with care.

We stayed an extra night. Lovely place!

Me gustó Spotlessly clean showers and toilets. Site very clean. Nicely spaced pitches.

No me gustó Would have liked a shower slightly closer to the pitch.

The peace and quiet after Saturday night.

We are so sorry that you experienced dogs off of lead this is most definitely against our policies and should not of happened. Each visitor is given an information sheet on arrival that clearly states that dogs must be kept on leads at all times, clearly this was ignored, probably by just one rogue camper. We do urge customers to alert us to any problems at the time as we do not always spot them-we always respond immediately if we are made aware of an issue.
I do so hope that you will appreciate that this is likely a one off and that it does not deter you from visiting us again in the future.

Me gustó Absolutley amazing campsite, the views were spectacular over the Irish Sea.
Campsite was clean, kept well and we had a very friendly welcome on arrival. Pitched are very nicely sized and grass is well kept
It even has a park for the kids too

No me gustó Not that I disliked this because I completely understand why, but the charge for showers are 20p per 2 mins or £1 for 10 mins. Forgot a few times and had to walk back to my Tent to get money for it.
Would add a squeegee to the showers just so we can clean up after others too especially if they leave grass ect.. from before us. But these are cleaned fairly regularly

Will add a squeegee as you have suggested as it is difficult in busy times for us to squeeze in between customers to clean up after them despite doing our best to maintain a strict cleaning routine.
