Me gustó Greeted by the wonderful ladies at reception.

No me gustó Not spacious pitches with no privacy. Our pitch was Avenue 5 in the middle of two other tents, one of the neighbouring tents had parked their car on our pitch. The pitch looked tiny, on the side of the road through. I looked previously online to see if they had anymore availability/ an upgrade, which they didn't, but I went back to reception to ask, they had a cottage which was unfortunately out of our price range. So we went back to the pitch to put our tent up, the neighbours were effing and jeffing and shouting at their children. We decided to put the tent back in the car and find a hotel instead.

We had family staying here too, where we asked months ago to stay next to them. We were in a completely different avenue when we checked in, clearly don't listen to request.

We went back to visit family on a different evening. I would be wary on booking on Bank Holidays when all the children/teenagers sports tours our on. Several large group of teenagers having a great time which in lovely to see, but not the environment for little ones, with their constant swearing. We lasted 2 minutes at the park. Even walking outside to the toilets lots of young teens swearing.

Such a shame, I was offered 50% of my money back

Del administrador: We’re very sorry to hear that you found your pitch unsuitable and the environment too busy during the bank holiday weekend. We understand that there were a large number of children on site and apologise if their excitement and noise impacted your stay.

We would like to note that these concerns were not raised with us during your time on site. When you spoke with our team, the main reason given for leaving was your partner’s preference to move to alternative accommodation, which you mentioned was not your own choice. Unfortunately, due to the short notice and high demand over the bank holiday, the only available options were outside of your stated budget.

After discussing this with your partner, you decided to seek accommodation elsewhere. At that point, you also mentioned that a neighbouring couple had been arguing, and we’re sorry if this caused any discomfort.
Regarding your booking, we regret that we were unable to place your family groups together when the reservation was made just two weeks prior to a busy bank holiday period. However, we did ensure that your pitches were located within a short 2–3 minute walk of each other.

We hope you were able to find suitable accommodation within your budget and that you were still able to enjoy your time in Woolacombe

Me gustó Spacious pitch for a campervan with power, clean toilets and showers in warm buildings. Washing up station with good supply of hot water and drying area.

No me gustó nothing, was windy but that goes with camping :)

No me gustó Unfortunately a large group of teenagers wandering around the site being noisy late into the night,even hit our motorhome as they went past,

Me gustó The site was well ran, stunning views from our large serviced pitch which very reasonably priced. Facilities were clean and a good clubhouse with a swimming pool. Plenty of walks easily accessible from the site.

No me gustó A bit hilly getting the van off site but ok.

Me gustó Nice welcome from the reception, clean areas, toilets were very clean and mostly empty - showers were a perfect temperature. Had hairdryers - even though they were terrible but at least they were there. Had foot paths down to the beach (still a long walk) and very scenic views. Hills, beach & lovely greenery. Bins on each tent site and a drinking water bit. We had access to the swimming pool with a locker which was nice. Close to the beach. Free WiFi which was lovely - even though it wasn’t fab I can’t complain.

No me gustó There were kids banging on our tent from the caravan parts, running around blasting music and shouting at very late hours. We tried to get an electric pitch but it said there weren’t any available even though the entire time we were there, there was all but one free.. The toilets are very annoying to get to as they’re on a hill so does your legs in when you’ve been walking along hilly Devon all day. The entire place is very childish, so not much for adults. The club house prices are extortionate, not that we went in there much as I said it was very childish. There are avenues of tent pitches which was nice but the reception had obviously put all the people coming in our avenue in one big line, would have been nicer if they were a bit spaced out as it got noisy. We had 2 young couples by our tents and 2 elderly people the other side, and the entire of the space opposite was free. The hairdryers were awful, it would take an hour or two to properly dry your hair with them. Lots of people in the site ignore cars driving past and decide to walk in the road when you’re trying to drive, very annoying.

Me gustó We love it at this site, soooo close to the beach! Lovely swimming pool and facilities and the food is actually good as camp site food seems to be poor mostly!

No me gustó We were in area 4 Pitch two and was a little mission to toilets so would be a pain if had children with us would want to be closer as pitches previously where always closer to the toilets . And we were next to a noisy static that had hot tub outside so was noisy.
