Me gustó: Down to earth friendly people, had four excited Labs with me but Anna said it wasn’t a problem bless her, very relaxing few days wish I lived closer because I would go there every weekend. Will definitely return

Me gustó: This site is perfect. Very slight noise from the road, but nothing to disturb your sleep or peaceful morning. From the top of the field you’ll get a glorious sunrise. A wander in the dog field, you’ll also catch the tip of the sunset. The toilet and shower facilities are lovely. Solar showers providing an actual hot steamy water, which is very welcome after a day at the beach. You can walk down the very muddy track on the opposite side of the road to the river for a dip. It’s close to a local garage if you’ve forgotten any essentials. And a great location to get to many beaches within 30ish minutes.

Me gustó: Easy to find, just off a main road, which us a benefit in Devon. It's a working farm so we loved seeing the tractor at work and the pitch was at the edge of a worked field. Lovely pitch, sloping so we put up the tent accordingly. Showers were free and just the right temperature but not adjustable. Lovely view.

No me gustó: On arrival, the main farm yard gave cause for concern, a veritable scrap yard. First impressions count, and this was not good. The dairy has obviously not been used in years looks neglected as are the barn areas. I know farming is a hard business and time consuming but the basics need attention.

Me gustó: Quite campsite with clean and basic facilities. Peaceful and relaxed setting. Friendly and welcoming hosts.

Me gustó: Lovely farther and daughter running site v helpful, would recommend to people who like country views away from busy towns,pub 5mins away in car good food and v friendly

No me gustó: Only 6amp electric but just turn 1 thing at a time on ,lovely pasty on site.

Me gustó: Small, friendly campsite, just off A road separated by a field, so Road noise was minimal. Well situated for local National Trust sites & beaches, see campsite website for suggestions. There's a Texaco petrol station with a good selection Londis shop just up the road, which sells pastys made at the campsite, and The Rising Sun pub is a 5 min drive away that does good food. There is also a pizza van opposite the pub every Wednesday. Good phone signal on 3.

No me gustó: Only 6 Amp power on site & pitch needed levels. Warning, severe pot holes on entrance.
