Me gustó: off season so very Quite and loads of room to pitch , Clean , tidy and well run site .

No me gustó: pot holes on road could do with filling . But it keeps traffic speed down .

Me gustó: The pony's walking around Nice showers toilets. Kept clean..site clean.

No me gustó: Some of the campers were pikeys playing Lound music around 3 / 4 o'clock in the morning s. So not a pleasant stay, we wanted a quiet relaxing weekend, that didn't happen. Never again.

Me gustó: Good facilities, nice spacious pitches, friendly hosts. And of course lovely ponies :)

No me gustó: The nearby road is really noisy and quite hard to escape even late at night. Would be great if more roads in the NF could be resurfaced with quietening asphalt - makes such a huge difference to the peace.

Me gustó: Ashurst campsite, one of my all time favourites, been here so many times and it never disappoints, the staff are wonderful, the setting is great, always a lovely quiet pitch to be found, and the facilities are clean, plentiful and always have hot water!

Me gustó: A lovely site with good eating places in walking distance and train station , ideal for a quiet break. Shower block v clean

Me gustó: Very clean, beautiful surroundings, lovely other campers. Great local pub.

Me gustó: Very friendly campsite in a beautiful location. The campsite backs onto miles of forest to explore with wild cows and horses roaming the campsite and surrounding areas. The facilities are excellent and extremely clean. There is a co-op and 3 pubs within walking distance so spoilt for choice on eating out options. Our favourite pub was directly next to the campsite with just a style separating them. Great food, service and they even had a live band! From reading the other reviews we arrived with high hopes but it has certainly exceeded all of our expectations. Now that we've stayed here I don't think we'd go anywhere else within the new forest.

Me gustó: Site was quiet and facilities were clean. Plenty of space to move around. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Enjoyable few days.

No me gustó: Pitched right on top of train line moved away.

Me gustó: Very clean and safe site, showers and toilets well monitored by helpful and friendly staff. My husband had dementia and due to the path ways and lighting he can use the toilets and shower unaided. This is our second visit in a month love it.

Me gustó: Facilities were exceptionally clean for a campsite, location was fab and close to amenities, staff were super friendly and accommodating, lots of room to camp with a mixture of woodland and grassy areas, ace to be able to watch the horses around the campsite, can’t think of a fault and would highly recommend to anyone!
