Me gustó: Nice set up, friendly and helpful owners - Hannah was lovely. Beautiful working farm for a great cause. Wheelbarrows to transport camping stuff was a great bonus. Nice pub a few minutes walk away

No me gustó: Would be better if there were showers. Option to purchase things we might forget would be nice e.g. firewood

Me gustó: Peaceful surroundings, private pitches, simple but clean toilet and sink facilities.

Me gustó: Really nice back to basics campsite. The owner was really helpful and the site kept clean set in a stunning location. Compost toilets were nice and clean too.

Me gustó: Beautiful peaceful setting, and lovely individual pitches, making it a peaceful and cosy stay.

Me gustó: I cannot express how great this place is. Not only in the fact that it is an incredibly beautiful campsite, they are also a social support non-profit. On the weekend they sell the things they grow on the farm, which look amazing. Alongside this, there is a beautiful 15th century pub next door with a great outdoors seating area and wonderful traditional inside. The farm is a 30 minute walk to Lewes and a very nice bus driver on the 123 can take you to Newhaven where you can walk to Seaford which is a great walk, onto the Seven Sisters. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Me gustó: Very close to the South Downs Way, quiet and relaxing. Pitches are quite far from each other with high grass in between; it almost felt like we were alone. Facities are basic with no showers (as advertised) but the toilets and sink are more than enough. The host was very welcoming. There is also a very cute pub 2mins walk away.

Me gustó: -The scenery -Location -Eco aspects -Wildlife I think if you're in a big group and don't mind the lack of shower, this could be your perfect place. The loos were a lot better than anticipated. You can see fantastic views and its great to wake up to swallows flying and the crickets. The gardens look great too.

No me gustó: -Clock tower -Safety concerns due to it being a quiet place with no gate but is in a nice area. -Not being greeted by anyone (again safety concerns) However if like me you're on your own or in a couple, you might be intimated by how quiet it is. But if your looking to really switch off from the world then this could be the right fit

Me gustó: This was an amazing hideaway spot if u want a quiet camping trip. loved the location and the host was extremely welcoming, friendly and prompt with communications. Loved the simplicity and Would definitely stay here again as is worth the money.

Me gustó: Great back to basics site. Lovely pitches with a large amount of space around each one so the whole site feels spacious and peaceful. It's tucked into a valley with far reaching views not far from the coast. Hannah is very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. We'll be back!
