Pequeño camping tranquilo entre árboles, cerca de Coniston Water. Elogian las instalaciones limpias, la cabaña de confianza con delicias y el ambiente aislado con hogueras. A algunos les costó acampar por las rocas, y pocos mencionaron problemas con mosquitos o baños limitados. Muy recomendado por su ubicación y paz.

Me gustó I stayed with my partner, 7year old and 12 year old for 2 nights we Could not fault the little camp spot! A few minutes walk to the lake, lovely hot water showers , 2x washing up sinks, good wifi if needed, firepit provided and wood, firelighters,kindling avaliable to buy which is dropped to your tent also a cute honesty box filled with goodies and with only a few pitches avaliable you have a plenty of room each and its nice and quiet i would definitely stay here again
No me gustó Id day the only downside is the ground it was difficult to put the tent pegs more than a few cm in the ground

No me gustó Booked a grass pitch, but only pitch left had no grass and a rock in the ground, right in the middle of the pitch!
Refuse bin not emptied very often, could attract rodents/pests.
Unsure who was responsible, but a car driver thought they were on a rally course when driving on gravelled areas.

Me gustó Lovely site. Small camping field which only allows 3 partys which gave us all a nice bit of space. Honesty hut with some delicious goodies in! Clean facilities.
No me gustó Only negative is that they dont offer a fridge/freezer to cool icepacks. Is there was this facility we would of happily stayed longer and booked longer stays.

Me gustó Good clean facilities. Good location to go on to the lake, or hang around at the lake beaches.
No me gustó The camping ground was only large enough for 4 or 5 tents, which was fine for us. May be a different experience if there were any selfish campers nearby, as there would be no escape.
Also, when we arrived, we had very little infor of where to camp, as there was no reception.

Me gustó Nice location in woodland this very small campsite has only 4 pitches and is a short walk from the lake side for wild swimming - good hot shower and facilities and nice cakes from the treats shed- note the pitches are quite close together and they do encourage bbqs so can get noisy / smoky so bring a fire extinguisher, Imodium and ear plugs,

Me gustó Good location, and use of facilities well stocked and cleaned. Pitches were well spaced and nice to have a additional bench on each section. Will definitely book again.

Me gustó Location , 10 minutes walk from site to edge of coniston waters.
Quietness , only 3 pitches on site , in wooded glade.
Cleanliness, wether self governing or not , site was kept tidy , toilets and showers also clean.

Me gustó Lovely site the fact it only has 3 tent pitches is Lovely means it's quiet and they are spaced out well all with there own fire pit and picnic table.
Amazing views and less than a 5 minute walk down to the lake side.
Small toilet and shower block was less than a minute walk from the pitches.
Little honestly hut was lovey and we got to Lovely little cake bars.
15 min drive to coniston and 30 minutes to Ambleside perfect location.
