Me gustó Loved the site, very quiet and peaceful, with stunning views. Owner was lovely and very helpful. Very clean facilities with lots of little extras available if you were to need them in the toilet block e.g., hairdryer, first aid kit, towels, soap etc. Would definitely book again.

Her hospitality was second to none — thoughtful, attentive, and always with a smile.
The site itself is a little piece of heaven. Beautifully kept, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning countryside views. Everything was spotless and well-organised, and it was clear that a lot of care and love had gone into creating such a relaxing environment.
Cathryn has created something really special at Thornbank Farm. Whether it was helping with local recommendations or simply checking in to make sure I was comfortable, she made my stay extra special. Her kindness will never be forgotten.
I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already thinking about when I can return. Thank you, Cathryn, for a magical stay — Harebreck Holidays is a true gem, and so are you.

Me gustó Amazing views, facilities were great, had pretty much everything you needed and a few extras too, host was lovely! Few mins drive from the beach which was ideal. Dog friendly

No me gustó If you don’t like cats be aware - farm cats means that there no mice so it’s a bonus!

Del administrador: Glad you enjoyed a peaceful stay. Our aim is for guests to leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and reinvigorated. We do have a lot of cats our own and strays. If you do not want them near you bring a dog or hiss at them to make them go away.

Me gustó Beautiful site with stunning views that go on for miles. Great location with plenty to do. The site itself was perfect. Such a quiet site with immaculate toilets and shower. The owners were lovely and very helpful. My boys loved the cats on the farm. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing stay. We will definitely be back.

Del administrador: Thank you for your review. If there is no cloud there are fantastic views of Scafell Pike and surrounding fells from our site. We are also within easy walking distance of Gosforth village.

Lovely greeting from host.
Arrival process and contact with directions are spot on.
Views are just lovely.
Ideal location for access to walking routes in western Lake District.
Nice clean free toilet and shower facilities.
Lots of cats that are wondering round the while site.
Definitely stay again.

Me gustó Clean and tidy site. Brilliant views of the fells. Small site. Clean facilities. Towels provided. Showers were hot. Kids area available.

Del administrador: Thank you for your review. Wifi is not great although phones have a good four g signal on Vodafone network. Hopefully fibre is not too long getting to us and the signal will improve and a booster will be used to cover the glampong site.
