Me gustó: Beautiful campsite - surrounded by green. Lovely clean facilities. Entertainment for children. Very helpful host.

No me gustó: Could do with a couple more toilets/shower facilities.

Me gustó: Such a relaxed, well presented and maintained site. I understand that the owners have not been open for business long, but if you are looking for a family friendly site where your kids can “go and play & just be kids” this will hit the spot: bouncy castle, inflatable slide, face painting, drum set, football, pony rides, bucking bronco (thankfully not operational for our stay! 🤣) karaoke my two boys (10yrs & 6 yrs old) have had a blast!!!!! I was able to watch all of the above from the bar with a very “generous” vodka and coke…..🤣😂🤣 lovely owners, lovely site, and very reasonably priced too. Definitely worth a visit. We will return and take one of the hot tubs next time too

The owners were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you! Borrowing us equipment and entertaining the kids with pony rides and bouncy castles on whenever they asked! The facilities were the best I’ve seen on any site - clean, modern and hot radiators to warm them up (god send for the midnight toilet run). We have booked to come back next bank holiday and recommended to family/friends who have also booked. We were allowed to look around the full site and the accommodation in the Manor House is beautiful, perfectly furnished rooms with breathtaking views. The tipis and treehouse are amazing. All with hot tubs. We stayed in our own tent but still had amazing views and could have hired a hot tub also! My kids loved it, made friends and played all weekend.

We can’t wait to come back and we’re even in talks with the owner to book for our wedding next year!

No me gustó: Staff insisted we pitch up facing a caravan or another tent rather than width wise. Information provided was that pitch would be 8.5m wide so space between tents was extremely tight. Owner advised that this was first year they have had pitched tents so wanted feedback. Additional noisy patrons were not challenged. We were kept awake by several tents having loud conversations until 2 in the morning one night and then another night a group of patrons were singing karaoke until 3 in the morning.

Me gustó: We stayed in the treehouse for 2 nights, we were looking for something quirky to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. This place did not disappoint, they have thought of everything for a comfortable stay including heated blankets and plenty of fuel for the log burner and BBQ. It was total relaxation, enjoying the views from the hot tub in a small secluded woodland setting. Would highly recommend the treehouse for a weekend getaway.

Me gustó: Everything is a real retreat and staff are amazing, took great care from the minute we arrived to leaving mo rushing no stress such a lovely place wexwill be returning time after time thank you xxx

Me gustó: The staff were lovely and helpful and tried their best to make our stay comfortable, the folley bar is lovely and the toilets are lovely and clean

No me gustó: We had booked a hardstanding pitch, but when we arrived there wasn't any and had to go into a wet field, we got stuck in the mud when trying to enter but the owner towed us into our spot, the grass was long and wet so our boots and feet got wet when we came out of the caravan.
