Me gustó Lovely, very clean campsite. The toilets and showers were also very clean and well maintained. My children (3 and 6) loved the campsite, swimming pool and the play area outside of the restaurant.

No me gustó Not something I disliked but the restaurant gets booked up very quickly (especially for the dinner time). It was recommended to book as early as early as possible.

I couldn't get a good WiFi signal on site.

Me gustó great place, really clean, great facilities and great staff. Lots to do locally. We did the malam walk. 5 yr old boy had a great time. Must mention the gentleman on reception who was extremely helpful on our stay giving us recomendations on what to see locally. We will be back!

No me gustó only one thing let it down and that was the wifi connection was very weak./

Me gustó Lovely pond and views of hills. Loads of bats! We liked the space - the camp fields are great really, flat, great wildlife, the kids loved it. The pub on site was great and very friendly. Nice toilet block (just some shower doors broken!).

No me gustó The staff at the reception counter were a bit off with us. They were officious about rules and lack of availability of things (like the pool gets booked up and is well expensive) and generally not welcoming or helpful about the local area, a bit weird. More than made up for by a lovely place. Despite the Pitch Up search function and top line ad saying barbecues allowed, BARBECUES ARE NOT ALLOWED here. They should change this on their advertising and search filter. Gas stoves and fake barbecues etc are allowed but a bit underhanded not making it clear no real charcoal barbecues allowed - you have to scroll right down to read that. The reception staff were happy to point that out. There are several other campsites near here that look ace, we'll be trying them out when we come back to this beautiful area. This is a multi occupancy type site (I.e., cabins, motor homes, camping) lovely and manicured, but maybe a bit prim and officious for our taste. Despite this though there was quite a bit of rubbish previous campers had left in the trees at the bottom which hadn't been cleaned up.

Me gustó Great location and lovely views from the camping field. Parking close enough to tents. Facilities nice, spacious and clean. Menu for restaurant looked nice, though was closed due to unforeseen circumstances on the day we would have used it sadly. Would stay again, and maybe try the pods and spa.

No me gustó Need more trolleys to move belongings from car to tent field as there were only a couple and this was not enough for multiple arrivals and departures.

Me gustó Beautiful views, bus stop at end of the drive so easy to access further up the dale and into Grassington.

No me gustó Unable to take car onto camping field, travelling on my own with children meant this was extra hard work especially in the rain.
Unable to have BBQ
Only 5 bathroom facilities for all campers- shower/toilet/sink all in same room and there was nowhere to put wash bag down other than the floor.
Expensive to use pool and the only option is £10 for adult- this allows access to spa facilities however when you are on your own with a 6 year old I was unable to experience these as needed to be in pool at all times.

Me gustó Lovely site, really helpful staff, was great to get up and book in to the leisure centre to have a swim and sauna before going in to skipton for the day. The gamekeepers inn on site served amazing food. Only booked for one night initially as it was all it was showing as available but asked at reception and they let us add on another night no issues. Clean facilities and beautiful grounds, would definitely return.

Me gustó The calmness, all staff were friendly & helpful, lovely walks in all directions, pub on site was lovely with a small outdoor play area. great location to explore other areas throughout the day. The toilets/shower rooms were immaculate. Didn’t get chance to use the pool/spa or food in the pub but we will definitely be returning and using the pool

No me gustó Only 2 trolleys to offload/reload and some campers kept them full with their stuff while building tents so nobody else could use them
