Me gustó Host was lovely and friendly. Toilet and shower facilities were clean. Good location for our trip to York and the surrounding area.

Me gustó Small site with good size pitches plenty of space for children to play. Facilities clean. Great location with plenty go do in the area. Staff are freindly and helpful offering great local knowledge great communication before arrival with all information needed. Thanks for a great stay.

No me gustó I drove past the entrance the first time as the sign was so easily missed.

Some parts of the site look run down and uncared for - but perhaps they're your neighbours?

You’re absolutely right about shared facilities too — they’re always as clean as the last guest leaves them, though I do check them regularly.

Me gustó Its a small site, only 5 pitches.
Facilities close to the pitch and clean.
Hosts very friendly.
Has washing up facilities with a fridge and freezer.
Water tap on field.
No issues with phone signal.
Have EHU but didnt use.
Was lovely listening to all the birds around.
Close to Selby and shops.

No me gustó No fault of the site but close to a main road and train line so can hear traffic and trains honking all hours (although does die down overnight) so wouldn't class as fully peaceful.
Shared the site with others who all knew each other so they sat around the fire bit and bbq meaning we were unable to use it without intruding. They were also very noisy till the early hours.

Noise levels here can vary depending on wind direction, and while we’re near a road and a distant train line, trains don’t usually run overnight and most guests describe the site as peaceful.

We’re sorry your stay coincided with a particularly lively group — this isn’t typical of the site, and we do ask all guests to follow quiet hours so everyone can enjoy a relaxing stay.

Me gustó Flat pitch, we had some shade setting up on a scorching hot day. The field is a lovely size and enclosed. Plenty of space between campers. Fridge onsite which was very handy and the toilet/showers were very clean.

- "Toybox" provided in the campsite with family activities such as cricket, football goal and other bits.

(We left some toys behind in the toybox for others to use) 😊

Me gustó A fantastic, small campsite in a great location with spacious, level pitches which were really well looked after. There were plenty of places to walk the dog nearby too. The facilities were clean :) We had no issues at all, a perfect stay!
