No me gustó Unfortunately very cramped in site. Stayed on cherry field 28 and I really had worries about health and safety when pitched so close. In terms of fire hazard.

Fire hoses out of order X2 near where we stayed again adding to severe anxiety about being too close together.

To fill water for caravan it was a hold down button very difficult to fill.

No family showers and also having button water in showers make it almost impossible as straight away off if not held.

My children couldn't reach or have strength to push so I ended up in shower with all 3 kids and then no where to all get dried.

Very outdated toilet area broken seats. Ridiculously hot water in tap. Not cleaned enough didn't see anyone cleaning, although must have been as toilet rolls always filled.

Electric scooters / bikes making it difficult for kids to play and are banned no security checking this.

Not enough space set for children to play near to caravans so end up on road or near cars.

£20 for a later check out...
£40 for a extra night... Very expensive prices for not good site.


No WiFi even down in clubhouse no signal on site.

Me gustó Lots of facilities including a park and football court for the kids, indoor pool and the entertainment on the evening, which was on the stage outside so great to have a beer outside on a night while the weather was nice

No me gustó Absolutely no phone signal which can be nice at times but frustrating when you want to search for local shops etc

Friendly staff and fabulous chipshop would definitely recommend.

No me gustó Our pitch was very small compared to the other pitches we had a fire hidrant there and no room for an awning yet others had awnings and extended windbreakers using lots of space, units were too close together every other site would have classed this as a fire hazard. Our first night in clubhouse my chicken burger was cremated and vile but second night had pie and this was beautiful much better.
Barely any signal both on phone 3 network and WiFi dongle EE network zero signal

No me gustó Although it says that it overlooks the beach there is no actual access to it due to coastal erosion. We walked the full coast line of the park and no access to the beach so quite misleading and disappointing. Shouldn't be advertising on thier site about beach days ans sandy walks when the nearest access to the beach is a 10 minute drive away.

Me gustó We really liked the layout of the park, very spacious for our touring caravan. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. There was great fun for the whole family with the evening entertainment each day. The children thoroughly enjoyed the parks and swimming.
The onsite prices for the chip shop and food were very reasonable too.

No me gustó Although the indoor swimming pool was a great addition to the family park I found the rules too strict and even though it stated it was heated it was actually quite cold.
There was no access to the beach as it shows on google earth due to the corrosion of the cliffs in small places, which was disappointing and believe there could be something adjusted to make this possible in places as this beach is stunning and basically deserted.

Me gustó Nice looking site, great club houe pavilion and wonky donkey pub- kitchen, and outside area with giant screen deck chairs etc. Obviously spent some money on this area. Also decent adult entertainment from 9 pm onwards. Sunday market and car boot on doorstep good.

No me gustó On arrival our pitch was double booked. Seems poorly organised and definitely understaffed, particularly in regards to food in morning. Having to wait 10-15 mins till anyone even appeared to serve you
Grass touring pitches need marking out on the far end adjacent dog walk. Could mark them out on the curbs in front. Would make things much easier for little effort
Only 2 showers in toilet block and very dated. No motorhome service points anywhere. How are you to get rid of grey water? Also elsan cuboard had no hose or engines en water for rinsing! Very basic necessity, never had this before especially on a site of this size. Like their treating tourers as 2nd class and dont really want you there. Quite noisy at night also till early hours.
Also no access to beach! I do understand how this would be a problem with erosion n such, but seems to advertise the beach as an attraction when it's not.
No wifi at all or phone signal on our pitch.
Borderline if we,d go again tbh.

Your comments regarding the grass touring pitches, showers, and motorhome service facilities have been passed to our management team. We are already looking at how we can better support our touring and motorhome guests, and your feedback is valuable in helping us shape those improvements.

We also take on board your points about staffing at busy times, noise levels at night, and the need for clearer information about beach access. These are areas where we know we can improve communication and guest experience.

We’re sorry, however, to hear about the issues you experienced. Unfortunately, wasps can be a seasonal challenge, but our team is working hard to minimise their impact around the park. Your comments regarding the reception team and the breakfast near the shop have been noted and shared with the relevant managers for review and training.

We also understand how frustrating poor signal and late-night disturbances can be, and we’re looking into both connectivity improvements and how we can better manage noise levels across the park.
