Me gustó: Was lovely not many people on the site

No me gustó: Toilets didn’t get cleaned till the day we left so 3 days not being clean and there was hair and powder on the floor so we could tell. First day the shower was boiling hot then freezing cold with in seconds

Del administrador: I'm sorry you felt this way, but we pride ourselves on keeping the site and toilets clean and tidy and on this occasion another camper had used talcum powder and it was all over the floor and it was cleaned once noticed. If you felt that the toilets were not in the way what you expected you should of reported it to myself or the staff on site. The site is a little quite at the moment possibly due to the turn around in the weather. The showers all work fine one electric shower and one instant hot water shower they just need the controls altering from time to time. I'm a little disappointed that customers yet again wait until they vacate the campsite before they raise their concerns. To all future customers that feel they need to raise and issues, whilst on site speak to a member of staff. just on the other points that you marked us down on child friendly you gave us 1, We are an adults only site! also Wi-Fi you gave us 1 we don't offer WIFI accept in the bistro. It seems that with such low marks on all levels you didn't have a great time. But again no complains whilst you were here on site !

Me gustó: Small and well organised site, onsite restaurant Tapas food is great. Well stocked bar and friendly staff. Toilets and shower block compact and clean.

Me gustó: Really lovely site Barry and his staff are so accommodating, site is very well kept, we have stayed here a number of times now and always look forward to returning.

Me gustó: Great little site which is adult only which we loved. It’s in an excellent location for exploring north Norfolk. Very friendly hosts and the Bistro has excellent food as well we ate there twice over the weekend. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Me gustó: The site is very clean and well kept, the food and the service in The Olive Tree Bistro was excellent, good choice of food and drinks and good value.

No me gustó: Absolutely nothing.

Me gustó: Clean, well maintained site. Easy access and location ideal for exploring north Norfolk. Easy check in. Good sized pitches and a picnic bench for each pitch is a great idea.

No me gustó: Quite expensive for facilities.

Me gustó: Pitches good food excellent and the owner and staff very welcoming . Very well kept grounds. Would have eaten a second night but I was unwell

No me gustó: Sorry but I did not like the so called shower block which is basically a shed . I know it is winter but the wet room stunk of damp even the toilet paper was damp. Yes, there was a heater but that was only warm when switched on really do not think it is suitable for the British climate

Del administrador: I'm sorry that we don't have central heating in the toilet block, it is a basic shower block as described on pitchup, but we try our best, its the first time in two years that someone has complained to that extent, I will see what I can do for future guests to enjoy our services.

Me gustó: Really lovely site nice and clean toilets and washing facilities. Camp owners were really lovely and very helpful.

No me gustó: The one thing that would put us off coming back again was the fact that the water in the shower was warm at best. I reported this to the Handyman who just said use the other shower which was just as cold so nothing really was done.

Del administrador: Good morning I'm sorry that you felt that the hot water situation would make you not visit again, but after you raised the concerns I had a look at the shower and managed to get a real hot stream of water. in these cold days you only need to put the shower on full hot and slightly raise the control arm and that gives the system time to hot up. When I walked into the shower after you raised the issue the control was not on full hot this will be the reason for the lack of hot water. it does tell you on a notice in the shower how the system works.
