Me gustó Spacious, clean, quiet, location is excellent. Some pitches have water and electricity on them. Perfect stop for visiting local area. Definitely will recommend and return. They even have a covered seating area for anyone who needs/wants it.

Me gustó Peaceful spacious site. Tidy well maintained and clean toilets. Good location for visiting Upton,Malvern and Ledbury and walking the Malvern hills

Me gustó Love The location been coming here for at leased 10 years perfect for us quiet and room for the dog to run while being supervised toilet clean easy access in and out and always had a nice welcome from previous owners this time had to have instructions over the phone and they were not familiar with which pitches were in use had to double up .

No me gustó No one to greet us and allocate our pitch so there were vans on electric hook up that we’re not using it which left us without and given we booked at least 2months in advance could have been given a pitch number if it was difficult for someone to be there and meet us thought as the site had gone with pitch up maybe showers could be included but not a deal breaker.

Many thanks for your recent review, we are so pleased that you love the location and cleanliness of Herbert's Field and that it is good value for money.

As you are aware we have recently taken on the site and have spent a considerable amount of time and money improving its setting and introducing the online booking system. We can not always offer a meet and greet service but in any case our usual practice is to message you prior to arrival with the security gate code and allocated pitch number. Unfortunately on this occasion your booking slipped through and you did not received the information, for which we apologise for the inconvenience.

We were away that particular weekend, but were able to assist immediately over the telephone and my father (as previous owner) was on site within 10 minutes to manage the situation. He assured us that you were happy with your allocated pitch, he hooked you up to the electric and you continued your stay with no further issues, yet you have made no mention of this part in your review.

By way of a goodwill gesture we have not invoiced you for the electric usage while you were there.

Once again we are sorry for any distress caused but mistakes do happen and we feel we handled the situation the best we could at the time, and most importantly you were able to enjoy your stay.
