Riverside Caravan Park

Me gustó: Entrance area was tidy and welcoming, staff friendly and helpful. Site was clean including toilet and shower block and in a great setting with amazing wildlife. Felt safe when solo camping with friends and security on site.

No me gustó: Shower and toilet block quite small, not enough showers, water was not always boiling hot and they were quite small as there are no changing rooms or anything. Disliked showers being in the same room as the toilets. Only one hairdryer, not well lit at night if camping as they are located nearer to the caravans. Although tent pitches were allocated on arrival and seemed organised, there was not a lot of room on the pitches even when camping and I would have liked more choice such as being near a tree or hedge rather than in the middle of the field. The site is sloped but did not cause any issues as we were on flatter ground so unsure if being higher up would be an issue especially during wet weather. Would be nice to have a little shop and visitor area to add to the experience. The gate closed quite early at 9 and had to pay refundable £30 deposit cash for a gate fob or ring reception to be let back in. I thought the river was on site but could not see it which would have been nice.

Me gustó: We cannot praise the Riverside Caravan Park enough, the staff were kind and happy to give lots of information and help us find our spot and the facilities were spotless, beautiful setting, lovely pitches and the nicest toilet and shower block I have ever seen. Thank you so much.

Me gustó: Clean, very tidy, beautiful meadow for walking the dog and the views of Malvern hills. Club house with food and drinks.

No me gustó: Only 2 small showers with no seating in the toilet block. The teenagers that are always on site that swear and bully small children from 6 years to 10 years. I can see many other reviews with complaints about these boys and they know the owners as they go to their bungalow.

Me gustó: Lovely location - hills in one direction, the river in the other. The staff were very friendly. The facilities were very modern and clean. The tent field has a slight slope but the pitches were very well managed so that was easily overcome. Access to the river and well placed for cycling and walking routes.

Me gustó: Excellent views of the Malvern Hills from the pitches, clean facilities, play area you can see from all parts of the site, football and tennis areas, good clubhouse, friendly staff, nice riverside location with a short walk to a local cafe with animals to pet and feed.

Me gustó: The clubhouse was welcoming and the food was lovely. We enjoyed bingo on the Friday night. The tent pitches were generous and we felt like we had a lot of space. The toilet and washing up facilities were clean. Everyone was friendly. No noise at night either. Very peaceful.

No me gustó: Not so much a dislike but touring field slightly sloping . We did know that before we arrived
