The toilets have been a problem for a while and I have been working on getting a new toilet and shower block.
I have now placed an order on a new toilet and shower block with separate women's and separate men's toilets and we are hoping to have them replaced in 8 weeks time.
It is a £30 k investment so it has taken some time to save up to replace the existing ones in place.
Thanks you for staying with us and I am sorry about the facilities. I can only imagine you didn't have your own facilities in your caravan else you would have chosen to use them given how uncomfortable they made you feel.
Thank you for your positive feedback on the quiet site. It is truly a lovely countryside that I live in.

Me gustó Lovely countryside and quiet, small site on a farm, friendly. Pot wash in a shed. Wifi was handy.
No me gustó I knew there were unisex toilets only and no shower but would prefer seperate toilets but I will go back as everything else was good.

A nice little out of the way site

Me gustó Lovely little pitch in the middle of nowhere and an easy 2 mile walk to an absolutely great pub (the Green Man).
Easy pitch up and electric hook-up.
Washing up shed is great.
The working farm was great - seeing all the animals in the next field.
Couldn't heard the scouts from the site but nice hear them singing and enjoying themselves as we walked past to the pub.

Toilet block was OK but a bit tired.
About a 4 degree angle on the pitch but chocks reduced that significantly.
Grey waste disposal for containers but not direct from motorhome tank

Me gustó Booked a last minute 2 nights for bank holiday, great little site. Electric & water on pitch, it was laid out well, 10
good size pitches with gravel
& grass ideal for awning & our dog loved it too.
Good sized toilet block with facilities to wash, no shower but was fine with that & aware when booked. Good facilities for washing dishes.
WiFi on site and it worked well almost all
The time we were there.
Didn’t actually see any staff on site but received a text before arriving with pitch number, the pitch numbering was a little confusing as to which pitch belong to which number.
No me gustó The only negative we had was that the scout camp next to us was particularly noisy a lot of the time we were there. Day time activities very loud and then from early evening to about 11pm there was very loud music.
I assume this isn’t a regular thing but it did spoil the lovely peaceful atmosphere we experienced a little of the time.
