Spring Bottom Farm

Me gustó Marvellous location. Very quiet and relaxing. Sadly for the owners, I was the only camper on site. Due to the hot weather bookings at down. It will be the same people who do not camp because it's raining, it's cold, it's windy.

They are missing time to recover and reset from daily life. In truth, I don't need an holiday because I have no stress or worry, but understand that others have.

Spring Bottom FM is perfect. The entrance to the field is a silver gate on the left as you drive into the village. You will see the very clean and spacious toilet to the right at the far end of the field.
There is NO SHOWER and this is noted on Pitchup before you book. The toilet is ideal if ladies want to dress or have a wash down.

There is a sink for washing pots. The benches are a nice touch. Don't use them for portable bar-b-ques because they will burn the surface.
The owners can be found through the small gate and down the path to the house. Alternatively a text to details on the inside of the toilet.
Don't expect a reception desk and ushers to your designated spot.

I'm reviewing this site as the only visitor and it's perfectly suitable for me. It's wild ISH camping without the worry of teenagers in cars at 2am or kids throwing stones.

I will certainly be back. I've already added it to my favourites list and wish the owners well with it.

Me gustó We had a 2 night stay and had the whole field to ourselves. Field secure for the dogs. The toilet was clean and tidy.
Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walks close by.
Owner very friendly and laid back.

Me gustó Loved the location overlooking beautiful countryside. Lots of walks from the site. The toilet and washing facilities were clean and tidy. The owners were very friendly and available for any help. We bought some local honey from the site as an added bonus. Will definitely stay again. .

Me gustó I had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay at this campsite. It was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. The farmer and his dad were both very friendly, polite, and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

The surrounding area is lovely for walking, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the countryside. The campsite has basic facilities, including a toilet and sink, which were appreciated during my stay.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay and left feeling completely chilled out and refreshed. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing campsite.

Me gustó Great place. Lovely and quiet location and had the whole place to ourselves. Loved the outdoor toilet facilities and a sink to wash our pots in 😁really friendly greeting aswell brilliant all round.

Me gustó Such a nice and cosy campsite. Loved that it had a toilet, sink and running water. The honey and eggs for sale were a bonus. Paul and his sons were very nice and helpful with local information.

Me gustó Really quiet spot & the owner was really friendly. Excellent value for money. Close to nearest town for food & drinks.
Would definitely use again.
